Great sales experience at Herb Chambers Saturn of Warwick – Ann – Warwick, RI

Salesman Frank Merino is the best salesman I have ever encountered.
He was extremely knowledgable, courteous, and polished.
I just returned from the Warwick Herb Chambers and placed a deposit on a
Saturn.  The test drive I/we took with him was safe and chuck full of
answers.
We didn’t need to ask one question.
I have been shopping for a used car for months and spoken with dozens of
salesmen.
He ranks at the very top!
I would surely send all of my friends to him!

Fantastic Car Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Saturn of Warwick, Joe – Coventry, RI

Approximately 3 months ago my wife and I purchased our 4th Saturn from Saturn of Warwick, and I must say that as always the staff was GREAT! From Frank Merino, our salesman to Debra Gleavey in Finance, they worked so hard to make us happy and just made the whole car buying experience fantastic.  But I must say that if it wasn’t for Ken Blowers who sold us our 1st Saturn 10 years ago, who knows where we would be today.  It is because of the professional, friendly and courteous staff that we keep coming back, as well as referring others that we know to Saturn of Warwick.  Mark Goldstein should be proud of his team, as I am sure he is.  It is just sad to see Saturn go.
Thankfully though the same familiar faces are still there. 

Since purchasing this new Vue it has been in for service several times for warranty work and I must say, Pat, John and AJ in Service, as well as the Service Techs, always make this experience better. I can honestly say that we never leave their unhappy.  On a recent trip to the Service Department our Vue needed to stay, so a courtesy vehicle was given to us.  A couple of days later we went to pick up our Vue, and I can not say enough good things about how our vehicle came back.  Evidently it was parked under a tree where birds reside and they made a mess of the vehicle, so before we picked up the Vue, John in Service had the vehicle reconditioned…It looked better than showroom quality!  It is because of this professionalism that keeps us coming back!  GREAT JOB! 

Now even though Saturn is no longer, I know that I could never buy another vehicle from another dealership and I will always refer family and friends to Herb Chambers Warwick dealership where they can take advantage of their concierge service in car buying.

New Car Purchase, Herb Chambers Saturn of Warwick, Carolyn – Cranston, RI

Dear Mr. Chambers,  I am presently leasing a Toyota Sienna. My
lease is up next month and  I am in the process of trying to decide what
vehicle I would like to get into next. I have narrowed my choices down to ,
another Toyota, perhaps a Honda and now a Saturn Outlook. I went into you
Warwick Saturn dealership earlier today with my cousin (6 Saturns in her
family so far, all from your Warwick location)She encouraged me to check out
the Saturn vehicles. I was promptly greeted by one of your salesman, Frank
Merino. I never in a million years would have imagined the pure delight and
fun I had out on a test drive with him. I was impressed with his knowledge
and expertise with all of my questions. I am a single Mom and this chore, if
you will, of buying a new vehicle can be very imtimitating. Frank spoke with
another gentleman about getting me a good price and I feel we are almost
within the range that I am looking for price wise (within 50 dollars per
month). I decided to see if I could do any better with some internet
research and your web site showed up very soon after I started looking.
