I purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from your dealership in Westboro.  I dealt with Howie Reske.  I took delivery of the car and drove home to Ashland. 
‘The seat started to give me bad sciatic pain.  I told Howie and he told me to come back to see him.  I went back and test drove a 2011 Taurus and that too hurt my back.  Howie put in a call to Harry Maragianis at Toyota of Auburn. Harry gave me a very good deal on my Ford Fusion with 250 miles on it towards a 2011 Camry XLE.  At the Toyota dealership I worked closely with Jimmy Eldean and Shawn Connors. Mr. Chambers you should be very proud of your people because they really helped me fix a bad situation.  Thanks Again!!

I was so happy with your salesperson bill treannie’s service he gave to me and my friend . he was helpful, pleasant, and  did the best job he could do for me to put me in a new ford transit wagon.also michael rommiza worked the figures i needed and, it was touch and go for a while but he never gave up, nor did bill.
these are two good men you have working for you, and  i being a senior citizen  appriciate the understanding and kindness they showed us.

Greatest Car Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough, Ashley – Framingham, MA

I had the greatest car buying experience at your Westboro Ford dealership! This is the first new car I’ve bought, 2010 Ford focus SE, and the sales team did a great job walking me through every step. They never once pressured me into a car. They listened to exactly what I needed and showed me a variety of cars till I found the perfect fit. Bando and Michael Romiza went out of their way to find me a great deal and a great car that was reliable and stylish. My new car is the perfect car for me! Mike was able to meet with me a few days before the car was delivered so I could do the paper work. The day I went to pick up my car, while the service crew was cleaning and gassing it up, I started up a conversation with another sales person about having diabetes, which we both have. The next day when I returned to get my things for the car, that same associate gave me the name of a great website for diabetes related items. It was so nice of him! Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and I would refer anyone I know to Herb Chambers!

Hi Herb,

Just wanted to drop you a quick note on one of your service people at HC
Ford Westborough. I called to get information on what might be involved in
getting my 2007 F-150 inspected prior to making a long drive on our upcoming
vacation. The service rep I spoke with was Carrie and she was fantastic. She
listened to what I wanted (Important) and spent the time necessary to make
sure I was well informed about all options, pricing, and scheduling
availability. My conversation with her is enough to convince me to have my
vehicle serviced at HC Ford of Westborough.

Mr Chambers – On Sat. 4/17/10 we looked at a pick up ,  pretty much
came to terms and wanted to think about it a little more. We told our
salesman George Asare we would be back later in the day. We arrived back @
around 6:30 PM close is 6 pm, George had left for the day . Jed Holtzman
asked if he could help I explained the situation ( not Georges fault since
we didnt sched.an apt or tell him when we would return ) Jed and I came to
an agreement on a bedliner for the trk , he then asked another salesman Ed (
I didnt get his last name ) if he would create the purchase order and take
the deposit. All this even though we were not his cust. I felt the need to
write this because I am sure you hear alot of negative feedback. Great cust

I really have no complaints at all. This is honestly and truly the best dealership I have ever worked with. I normally don’t go to the dealership where I bought my car (due to the expense) for routine service, but I am treated so well, and they wash and vacuum my car on top of the required service, it is a great value. Dear Mr. Chambers,
I don’t often write to compliment service that I expect from any merchant,
but I felt that the experience provided to me in purchasing my new
automobile at your dealership was exemplary and a very satisfying
experience. I truly felt that your personal worked with me and not against
in negotiating a deal that I believe was fair to both you and myself.
The salesman I worked with was Bandoh Osei. He was very courtesy and
profession. He admitted that he was new to this position and was very honest
when he did not the answer to the question that I asked him and then went to
get the answer. In no way was he pressuring and wanted to make sure that all
of my inquiries were satisfied.
I negotiated the price of the vehicle and my trade in value with your sales
manager, Jedd. He too was very polite, courteous and professional. I truly
felt that he wanted to reasonable satisfy me in any way that he could. I did
not feel any adversity in my negotiations as I felt with other dealerships
in the past.
After the deal was completed, Bandoh introduced me the service manager and
general manager. Both managers took the time to tell me about how the
“customer comes first” and their open door policy if I needed to speak to
them.
I am eagerly anticipating delivery of my vehicle and continuing my
relationship with you.

I wanted to send a note to say how good the service I have received
consistently at this dealership has been.
I have purchased my 3rd car from Westborough Ford and all of my experiences
have been terrific but I just brought my car in for some warranty service
and Carrie Hoffman could not have been better. Not just Carrie really, but
everyone that I have been in contact with.
I am a sales rep on the road and the Service Dept has always been so good at
helping me stay productive in my job while getting my car serviced. The
communication is always excellent and there is a true commitment to ensuring
I am completely satisfied. I work for a service oriented company and know
how much it takes to truly provide excellent customer service and I can say
that Westborough Ford is committed, and it shows.

Had a Ford F-150 Company Truck and always took it to your
Westborough Ford for service…thought you should know they always did a
fantastic job and fast.  The 4-whl drive would not engage one morning, of
course we had a snow storm, so I came in w/ no appt. and was cordially
greeted, asked the problem, the mechanic came out to explain the
situation/problem, you had the part, it was put in quickly, covered under
warranty, and I was on my way.  When you make your living needing “the
truck” I was thankful I took it to your Westborough dealership!
