I just bought a 2007 Honda Accord yesterday that I found through
Cars.com. I am very pleased with the attention I received from the first
Internet contact with Anthony Kent, the follow up emails and phone calls -
though not pushy they let me know that my business is valued – and then with
my visit to the dealership in Westborough on Saturday and working with Jim
Sweeney, taking the test drive, and arranging the financing with the
business manager. I appreciated Jim’s professional and friendly sales style
and attention to the details of making my buying experience a positive one.
I’m especially grateful that he was able to bring the car to Nashua to
register it in NH – that saved me trying to figure out the logistics of
getting it home. And he put the new license plates on too!
The car really is exactly what I wanted and more and the level of service
was outstanding.

Mr. Chambers, I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the
1996 Arena Red Porsche Carrera I recently bought.  The car looks and, most
importantly, runs great.  I was very impressed with your staff, especially
Jim Estabrook and Peter.  They assisted me with every step of arranging a
pre-purchase inspection, an appraisal, financing, and shipment to Franklin,

This past weekend I purchased a Certified 2006 A6. I traded in a 2001 A6.Used Car Manager Matt Nichols handled all the details concerning what my car was worth. It was up front and professional. No games or pressure to buy. I was treated with the utmost respect. It was a real pleasure to make this purchase. He had Sales Consultant Jason Grzesik handle my financing and when I picked up the car ALL of the cars’ options were explained in detail. Both men were total professionals and are assets to your company.

I was referred to Herb Chambers Honda from a member of my golf club as he said the service and car selection was the best. He was right!

The minute I entered the showroom I got immediate assistance from very knowledgeable and pleasant sales people. I met with the general manager, Howie Reske, who clearly explained to me my options and gave me honest comparisons of Hondas to other non-Honda vehicles. I did not feel pressured; instead, I felt that Howie and his sales people were working with me to find a car that met my needs and my budget. I ended up going with a new Honda Accord with great financing through Honda. The financing person (I think his name was King) was very nice to work with and laid out several financing options and worked with me to find a plan that fit my monthly budget.

I had a top-of-the-line experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Boston and I would recommend this dealership to all prospective car buyers.
