Professionalism and Knowledge are Superb at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, Kathy – Andover, NH

I started working on purchasing a vehicle from HC Honda of
Westborough in early July.  After a lengthy process of finding the exact
make, model and color of the car I’d been waiting for, Josh found one and
secured it until I could come to Massachusetts.  On July 22nd I met with
Joshua Mono of Westborough Honda.  He had just begun a new position in the
financial division there. I spent 2 hours with Joshua, who went over every
piece of paperwork, the warranty options and other … at no time did I feel
pressured, overwhelmed or intimidated by Joshua. His professionalism and
knowledge were both superb.

I was also able to test drive the RAV-4 with Rick Riganese.  He informed me
of the car’s many special features and made sure I was well-versed in the
operation of the vehicle before getting on the road.

On Thursday, July 29th, Joshua personally delivered the new car to me in New
Hampshire.  Again, he spent a great deal of time and patience going over any
questions I had and accompanied me to my town hall to transfer the title of
my trade-in truck.
I want you to know that you are very fortunate to have Joshua Mono as your
employee.  He will go far in your company and I wanted to share personally
this great experience I had as a first-time, and future customer buyer from
Herb Chambers.

Customers Here Feel Like They are Buying the Best Cars in the World at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, Chandrika – Auburndale, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,
  At the beginning, I shall like to commend the quality of attention and
service that I have received at this dealership. I had come in looking for a
3 year old Corolla and walked out with a brand new Prius! All this thanks to
the capability of the people that I interacted with who convinced me of the
technical superiority of the Prius and also the financial wisdom in going in
for a lease and then buying the car back.

  In particluar I shall like to bring to your attention the following
persons.
1.) Mr. Biola Balogun: He is as passionate about his products as anyone can
be. All it took was for him to take my wife out for a test drive in the new
Prius and she was sold. Literally! We had seen the Honda Accord before but
after he explained the computerised controls of the vehicle to us, there was
no question that we were going in for a Prius. Furthermore, in light of the
recent negative publicity for Toyota, we were wary. But Mr. Balogun
displayed no such defensive attitude and instead displayed a faith in his
products superiority. We will certainly remain friends even though my sales
transaction is complete and I will be seeing more of the service managers
that I shall see him.
2.) Mr. Chris Wong: He is indeed a polite gentleman and very accomodating. I
tend to be a hard bargainer and Mr. Wong managed to find a deal that I felt
was value for money. He kept smiling even when I told him that I would take
delivery only a few days later. I find that he maintains a very good team
atmosphere and is very approachable.

3.) Mr. Patrick Allonso: I was struck by his swiftness and mastery over the
financial details that can be befuddling even for experienced buyers like
me. Pat is indeed very consumer service oriented and I am saying this for
two specific reasons. One is that we wanted a very specific number on our
licence plate since we believe in numerology. It tends to get complicated
but Pat kept following up wiht me and my wife till he had a number that
satisfied our wishes. Furthermore, in the excitement of buying the car, I
had forgotten to buy Gap Insurance. Pat accomodated me about 5 days later
and got the paperwork re-done so that I could have gap insurance. I came
down a little heavily on hi for this one but he maintained his polite
attitude.

4.) Last but no least, Mr. Nate Piasta: Nate does not know this but I have
called your dealership twice with very small queries that maybe be trifle.
As accomplished as he is, he had the courtesy and patience to explain even
these minor matters to me on the phone. Furthermore, today he re-did my
paperwork for the gap insurance and I had a very pleasant interaction with
him. There was a financial detail that took 4 explanation attempts for him
to get thru to me and he remained ever patient.

  On the whole, I am extremely happy with the experience here. Being a BMW
Herb Chambers customer, I tend to compare between the two and find that
customers here too get to feel like they are buying the very best cars in
the world.

Going the Extra Step at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick, RI – Dan – Douglas, MA

I just purcahsed a car from Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick RI. My sales person was Harold Cayouette and finance person was named Debra. I just want to say that this was the Best car buying experience I have ever had. Harold was the most honest man and did not pressure us at all. He was excellent through the entire process. Debra in the finance was also excellent. They both even came in at 7am in the morning before opening so I could pick up my car early. Its nice to see people who care about others and are willing to go the extra step to make everything work. Thanks to these two I will be back to Herb Chambers and buy another vehicle as soon as I
need it and hopefully deal with them again.

Herb Chambers New BMW X6 – Eddie – Boston, MA

I’m absolutley thrilled with my 2009 X6. And while I’m never thrilled about paying full price for a new car, including all the options I selected, I was extremely pleased with Ahmed Jabrane and the way he handled my purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, focused, conscientious with his follow-up, and very personable at all time. He made concessions where he could, and was very forthcoming about my all aspects of my purchase. I would not have moved as quickly in the process if it weren’t for Ahmed. The same can be said for Azi Parvez. I met Azi for the first time when I purchased my wife’s Mini a few years back. I was glad to see he had been promoted. Azi is also terribly personable, professional, and purveys honest intergrity. In an uncomfortable business transaction – spending a lot of money – Azi makes the extra effort to make you feel comfortable about your choices. be the nicest experince we had buying our new honda our sealman norm methe

Just a quick note to inform you of the excellent job two of your employee’s
did for me and my wife. David DiBiasi Salesman, And Miguel(sorry don’t
remember last name) business Mgr. went well beyond their jobs responsibilty
to make the sale of our vehicles happen. We both had Ford leases and it was
time to turn them in. I admit that my credit was well below par to say the
least,but these two gentlemen were able to make it happen.

Satisfied Internet Purchase at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston – Bill – Nashville, TN

I just purchased a pre-owned Lexus ls460L from Mohammad.  I purchased it via
the internet.  I found the car via searching for a Red pre owned Lexus LS460
L.
After finding the car I called and Mohammad talked to me about the car. He
got my confidence up to the point that I purchased the car
“sight-un-seened”.
He did a great Job of selling me the car– then he turned me over to Azi to
do the paper work via the phone…. Azi is as professional as it gets.
Because of the complicated way in which I title my cars, it is a bit of a
stretch for  a car dealer’s office to understand.  However having said that
– Azi understood want I wanted and he made it happen.  I was impressed.–
But the best part of my story is picking the car up.
I flew into Boston Friday morning, Anthony cam to the air port to pick me
up.
He was very accommodating.  He spend all the time I needed to understand the
features of the car etc.  Azi, and Mohammad finished the paper work with me
and I left.  I drove straight back to TN — where I had a meeting at 1pm on
Saturday– I drove straight thro (18 hrs of driving) — The Car is even more
that Mohammad told me it is.  It is perfect and my experience with you
company could not have been better.   You should be very proud to be able to
have staff people like these three guys.  
I think they are helping you set a new lever of satisfaction.
BTW– I stopped at you Lexus dealership on my way out of town to buy a
“Lexus” license plate holder. — WOW what a beautiful dealership.  The guy
in parts was very helpful in not only helping me select the plate holder but
also giving me some directions as to the fastest way around some traffic.
You have trained you people well in regards to customer attention.
I only hope my customers get the same kind of experience from my sales
people.

Dear Herb Chambers,
I took my Daughter to your Aurbrn dealership to purchase her first new car on Sunday. We dealt with Jimmy Eldean. I have purchased several Toyota vehicles from this dealership in the past, but not recently due to an un pleasent experience with one of the Finacial people several years ago. Sunday’s experience was fantastic. Jimmy Eldean was a fabulous Customer care person. He gave us a very good deal, we did not have to haggle for hours,he made the whole buying experience a pleasure.
This man should be a role model for all your employees.
Jimmy ran around in the driving rain, got soaked, just to make this deal happen.
Also I would like to note that your General Manager and the financial guy were courteous, professional and very helpful as well.

Staff Exceeds Expectations at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Joseph – Shrewsbury, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,

My new Ford Fusion Hybrid finally arrived and I just picked it up. I want
you to know that your staff met and exceeded all of my expectations in
purchasing and taking delivery of a new automobile. I truly felt that your
goal was to help me pick the right vehicle to meet my needs and make the
buying experience as stressless as possible which you succeeded to do.

 I would like to specifically acknowledge two people in your dealership that
worked with me.

 My first contact in your dealership was with my salesman, Bandoh. He was
very professional, thorough and patient. When it was time to negotiate the
price of the automobile, he introduced me to your sales manager, Jed. I was
expecting to be high pressured to purchase options that I did not need as
had been the case when I purchased new vehicles in the past. I was
pleasantly surprised that Jed did not attempt to pressure me in any way and
we were able to negotiate very pleasantly a selling price for my vehicle. I
felt that I was dealing with family.

When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle, I had some questions about
the original sales order. Jed, very quickly, professionally and fairly
resolved the issues. He is truly an asset to your organization.

When it was time to take delivery of my vehicle, Bandoh made certain that it
was fully detailed and operational. He expedited the paper work and spent
considerable time in securing the license plates that I wanted. He went over
the operation of the vehicle and made certain that all of my questions were
fully answered.

I was also introduced to the general manager, service manager and business
manager and was very impressed with theirs goals to answer my questions and
make the buying and ownership experience gratifying.

I hope to continue my relationship with your organization by having my
vehicle serviced at your facility and when it is time for a new vehicle to,
again, consider one of your dealerships.
