Dear Mr.Chambers – my fiance and I really have to commend the staff at the Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Danvers.  I have been rather picky in my search for my ‘dream’ Jeep Wrangler, and Jim and his staff really went above and beyond.  Jim himself called many dealers, outside of Massachusetts, to ensure that he could find my car.  He kept us in the loop when things didn’t go quite as fast as he knew we were hoping for.  I enjoyed working with Anabelle (sales) and Josh (financing) – they took an intimidating experience and made it easy, with a real honest friendliness.  My fiance and I felt very comfortable working with them, and the price was perfect for what we all went through.  A real positive experience, and I will be happy to return for keeping my Wrangler looking and working as new.

When I arrived at your showroom and felt very welcomed.  So far from the

Mr Chambers my son bought his first new car 09 Challanger at your Danvers store last January. I just purchased a used 07 Jeep last night at your Aurburn store. The reason for email I used to be in your business as a salesman,used car manager and general sales manager and was successful but wanted a change and changed my career into construction sales/manager that changed happened 25 years ago now I am retired because of illness but that won’t stop me. I went with my son to buy a new car I know the owner of a Dodge store south of Boston he did business with me on the construction side, I tried to purchace a Jeep 6 years ago and last January could not come together but felt I owed him first shot. So we went on line he found the car he wanted at HC Danvers they were great (sorry I forget their names) remember talking to sales manager told I live on the Cape my son has a trade told him what it was he gave me a number site unseen got the deal done over the phone. I know you would rather deal in person but he understood we have long drive to Danvers and he did not want to waste our time gave good deal over the phone we appreciated that, drove up and came home in my son’s new Challanger. Auburn same thing salesman Jim Aldean ,I think sales mgr.Alex, and GM Dan and F.I guy all where great, product knowlege is 20% how your treat people knowlege is 80%.Never had to use your service dept my no doubt I would be treated the same. Dealing with people all my life as yourself if you prove yourself and play on same field only expect the BEST and your people at Herb Chambers are just that. I feel I would be treated the same at HC if I bought a $10,000 used car or a $200,000 Bentley . I do know a profit has to made can’t imagine the cost just to flic the light switch at your dealerships. So with that said from what I’ve seen my other son senior at college will be buying a car in a month and he will by at HC. Thanks for helping the economy and yourself for having such great employees. Outstanding Customer Service, Herb Chambers Chrysler/Buick/Pontiac/Hummer, Danvers, MA, Janet – Boston, MA

On Monday evening, I was in a dire situation and did not know what I was
going to do.  I had just arrived into Boston from Ireland and was unable to
locate my car keys (which were back in Ireland).  My husband flew back home
to Florida to work and I needed to drive to New Hampshire to pick up my
three kids at my in-laws.  My husband was able to locate your dealership in
Danvers and they made me a new key for the car.  It was now 6:00 pm and I
took a cab from the Four Points Sheraton in Revere to your dealership,
picked up the key and took the cab back to the hotel.  I followed the
directions given to reprogram the key but it did not work.  At that point it
was very late, I was very upset, and I called your dealership back to see if
they could help.  I spoke to a man in the sales department who said that he
was going to call me back and get me someone who could help.  I never
thought that he would call back but sure enough he did and told me help was
on the way.  It was now almost 9:00 pm and I got a call from Tony Messana
who works in your parts department.  He came all the way from home to come
and help me with my key.  When he arrived, he concluded that the key was not
programming due to the battery being almost dead.  He then called another
man named who also works in your dealership named Mike Zuccaro.  Mike also
came all the way from home with jumper cables to charge the battery and
program the key.  Tony then charged the battery with his hummer and was able
to program the key, which takes over 30 minutes to do.  It was now 10:34 pm
by the time we all left the parking lot of the Sheraton Hotel.  I know that
this had been a long story, but I needed to tell you some of the details
that took place that evening. 

I am truly touched and amazed by the kindness, generosity of time, and care
your staff exhibited Monday evening.  This also includes the sales staff and
the receptionist handling all of my phone calls.  Tony and Mike went above
and beyond what anyone should expect of them and I am forever greatful for
their unselfish act of kindness.  Your staff has restored my faith in
humanity in such a crazy selfish world.  I thank you, my extended family
thanks you, and most of all my children thank you for giving them back their
mommy.

Hi Mr. Chambers,
I am a customer of yours in the Lexus dealership in Walpole. We took my sister in law to your Chrysler Jeep dealership in Danvers last weekend and had Mr. Mark Cunningham as our sales associate. Actually, we had been to a few dealerships before landing at Chambers and had a very bad experience at
Ira Toyota so when we got to Chambers I sent her with her sister to look at the used car inventory and I went inside and I listened and looked around and I picked out Mr. Cunningham for Janice. He was very
professional but congenial; he was a great listener which is a very important characteristic
of a good sales person. He was able to get from her what it was she was looking for in a used car and he was the first sales person she was truthful with about how much she could spend on a vehicle. This has been a very hard time for her giving up her leased vehicle and pick out a used vehicle with a lot of miles on it is basically her lot for now.  I want to thank you and thank Mark Cunningham for the professionalism that
your dealerships bring to the public when shopping for cars is usually an exercise in dodging sharks and bombs and the trust level very low in the industry.
Thank you Mark for treating Janice with the respect she deserves.

Dear Mr. Chambers, I would like to say just a little bit about the service at your Chevy service center in Danvers. I recently had my 08 Tahoe in for some minor body work two or three dents and a couple scratches. I was greeted with the most outstanding service that I can remember. A very kind and professional gentleman, Walter Pollock Jr. and I hope I get the spelling right on this name Paul Morois the technician who worked on my truck. These guys did an outstanding job not only did they fix all the damage but the detailed the inside and they got it back to me when they said it would be done. To Whom it may concern,

 

I would like to take a moment to recognize a few individuals most notably one of your Sales associates in your Chevrolet Buick Pontiac & HUMMER dealership in Danvers. My wife and I visited your dealership on Memorial Day 2009. My wife was interested in a HUMMER H3 and wanted to trade in her 2008 VW jetta. To be honest I get stressed out dealing with Car Sales man/women because most dealerships can be overly pushy and this is a major turn off when car shopping. However all of your sales people that we dealt with were extremely friendly and not one was making our day stressful or demanding. We dealt with a Great Sales consultant named Corey Stewart. I understand that he has only been at the Danvers location a few months, but he was top notch. Extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and very courteous. He went out of his way to get something to eat for us on the grill. (They were having a cook out that day at the dealership). He followed up on every question we had for him regarding our future purchase. Well we decided to make the purchase on a pre owned 2006 HUMMER H3 that my wife fell in love with. We were scheduled to pick the vehicle up on Friday 05/29/09 at aprox 3pm.  This is Corey Stewarts scheduled day off. When I arrived I was very surprised to see Corey there at the dealership on his day off making sure that I had no issues getting my new HUMMER. The vehicle we got was having some custom leather seats put in so it wasnt at the dealership. Corey Stewart went to the place that was installing the leather and drove the truck back to the dealership. He then waited another few hours while they detailed the truck and prepped it for delivery. I told Corey that he did not need to wait around and I would be fine. He waited until everything was complete and at that point did he actually leave. Ive boughten many cars and have visited many dealerships. Not once have I come across such a great person who makes the buying a car experience an enjoyable one, lets face it for most people this is a very stressful and trying experience when making such a big investment. Corey truley made this a great buyers experience and that you should be proud to have an employee like that. I know what it means to have valuable team players working for you and I also know that not everyone takes the time to compliment others when credit us due. Its usually the bad experiences that people tell others about. Well Ive told no less than 20 people so far on my experience and continue to tell many more and this is all thanks to your staff, and your MVP employee Corey Stewart.

 

I really hope this can make it to Mr. Chambers himself because I think he deserves to know the special employees he has working for him and make him proud. You have won over a new customer with the one experience we had with Corey Stewart. Two thumbs way up.

I just wanted to share with you the wonderful experience I hade in purchasing my previously owned 2005 E500 Mercedes Benz from Emilio Locilento in your Danvers location.  Emilio went above and beyond to accommodate me.  I originally saw the car listed on your website and it was in your Burlington location.  Emilio made sure that the car was brought to me at the Danvers location so I could test drive it.  Needless to say I purchased the car without hesitation.  In all the years that I have purchased cars (and I have purchased quite a few) I have never had such an easy and stress free experience.  Emilio treated my like a member of his family and for that I am truly grateful.  You need more people like Emilio Locilento to be on your team!

I resently bought a 2008 new Buick LaCrosse from your Danvers location. It was the BEST experience I have ever had buiying a new car. Please congradulate the entire staff for the way I was treated.
