Staline Boisse was my sales contact and he found me the perfect car for a great price. I felt Staline was there for me and made the whole experience comfortable. He even helped me when I came back to get my inspection. He treated me great. Going to a dealership for a woman can be a harrowing experience; I have told my friends and family that your dealership is the exception. Kevin, the finance manager, was great to work with and Rick, the service manager was wonderful as well. I loved driving into the covered service area and having someone take my car. I also loved the cafe. I am definitely coming to Sharon for my oil changes; it is an exceptional dealership. Please tell your team that I am so impressed with their professionalism that I plan on staying a customrer for life.</span></span></div>

<p>I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Kari Boreske on a recent service visit.  She was committed to ensuring that my experience was superb.  I had been told by another employee that I would receive a BMW loaner; when one was not available, I approached Kari.  She handled the situation gracefully, located a BMW and confirmed that I was happy when I returned the car the next day.<br />
She thoughtfully evaluated the situation and went the extra step to think outside of the box to find a solution.  She turned what was becoming a mediocre experience into one that I will remember when I am looking for my next BMW.</p>

<p>I wanted to let you know that the experience I&#8217;ve had working with Michael Rassiccia &#8212; now on several occasions &#8212; has been outstanding every time.  It has exceeded my expectations of car dealership customer service in every way.  I neither expected the punctuality, attentiveness to details I find most people fail to see, the sort of friendly courtesy we can all be inspired by, nor the sheer honesty.  All from a service representative who may not even be a commissioned salesperson!  Regardless of how your organization structures its compensation, Michael deserves the highest consideration from you and your managers.  Although I worked with his other colleagues, too, and found Herb Chambers&#8217; service quality to be at a high level from the outset, Michael&#8217;s bar was simply higher.</p>

<p>I took delivery of a 2010 Lexus Rx 350 today.  This is my first<br />
Lexus and my first experience with one of your dealerships.  I wanted to<br />
write you about the outstanding customer service I received throughout the<br />
process from Dave Richmann my sales and leasing consultant.  I have to say<br />
this was my best car buying experience in over 40 years of buying cars.<br />
Dave always acted in a professional manner, he was very knowledgable about<br />
the product and provided completed and understandable answers to my<br />
questions.  The delivery experience today was outstanding.  Dave is a sales<br />
consultant that I will recommend to my friends.  It is important that you<br />
know that Dave does an outstanding job representing your Lexus dealership.</p>

<p>Hello.  My wife Jessica and I purchased a 2010 Honda CRV on January<br />
17 from Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough.  We have only had the vehicle<br />
for a few weeks, though we absolutely love it and look forward daily to<br />
driving it.</p>
<p>   Of particular note, we both wanted to highlight the excellent<br />
customer service that we received from JESSE SUMMERS, who is a member of<br />
your HC of Westborough Sales team.  Jesse brought us into the world of Honda<br />
ownership, provided us what we asked for on our visit and continues to<br />
follow up and assure us that he will continue to be with us for any issues<br />
or questions.  Jesse&#8217;s professionalism is beyond reproach and has left my<br />
wife and I more than satisfied with our experience.  I would like to thank<br />
Mr Summers in all his diligent efforts to assure our experience is positive<br />
