Purchase of a Hummer-Herb Chambers Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac & Hummer-Corey & Tara-Danvers, MA

To Whom it may concern,

 

I would like to take a moment to recognize a few individuals most notably one of your Sales associates in your Chevrolet Buick Pontiac & HUMMER dealership in Danvers. My wife and I visited your dealership on Memorial Day 2009. My wife was interested in a HUMMER H3 and wanted to trade in her 2008 VW jetta. To be honest I get stressed out dealing with Car Sales man/women because most dealerships can be overly pushy and this is a major turn off when car shopping. However all of your sales people that we dealt with were extremely friendly and not one was making our day stressful or demanding. We dealt with a Great Sales consultant named Corey Stewart. I understand that he has only been at the Danvers location a few months, but he was top notch. Extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and very courteous. He went out of his way to get something to eat for us on the grill. (They were having a cook out that day at the dealership). He followed up on every question we had for him regarding our future purchase. Well we decided to make the purchase on a pre owned 2006 HUMMER H3 that my wife fell in love with. We were scheduled to pick the vehicle up on Friday 05/29/09 at aprox 3pm.  This is Corey Stewarts scheduled day off. When I arrived I was very surprised to see Corey there at the dealership on his day off making sure that I had no issues getting my new HUMMER. The vehicle we got was having some custom leather seats put in so it wasnt at the dealership. Corey Stewart went to the place that was installing the leather and drove the truck back to the dealership. He then waited another few hours while they detailed the truck and prepped it for delivery. I told Corey that he did not need to wait around and I would be fine. He waited until everything was complete and at that point did he actually leave. Ive boughten many cars and have visited many dealerships. Not once have I come across such a great person who makes the buying a car experience an enjoyable one, lets face it for most people this is a very stressful and trying experience when making such a big investment. Corey truley made this a great buyers experience and that you should be proud to have an employee like that. I know what it means to have valuable team players working for you and I also know that not everyone takes the time to compliment others when credit us due. Its usually the bad experiences that people tell others about. Well Ive told no less than 20 people so far on my experience and continue to tell many more and this is all thanks to your staff, and your MVP employee Corey Stewart.

 

I really hope this can make it to Mr. Chambers himself because I think he deserves to know the special employees he has working for him and make him proud. You have won over a new customer with the one experience we had with Corey Stewart. Two thumbs way up.
