Dear Mr. Chambers,
I am writing to you again to complement the the services that I have received not only purchasing a new 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid but also the services that I received in your Ashland Collision Center.
I needed to have some body work completed. It was not done to my satisfaction.
I went back today and spoke with Racheal White and Ed Aitchison. Both were very professional and accommodating. Mr. Aitchison asked me to leave my vehicle for a couple of days and arraigned for a rental. He assured me that all of my expectations would be met and he personally apologized for the way the case was handled. He assured me that we would go over my vehicle when I pick it up to make certain it is to my satisfaction.
With service like this you have a customer for life and I will continue to recommend you dealerships to others.
It is a pleasure dealing with you.

Situation Resolved at Flagship Motors of Lynnfield, Louis – Lynn, MA

I want to thank Mark Hoch general manager of Flagship motors for resolving my situation with the roof of my 2006 corvette. He resolved the problem very quickly! Thanks Mark. Also would like to thank Herb Chambers chevy in Danvers for their quick service in providing me with the new roof, with a great paint job and all the fixings to secure the roof to the corvette body.

Quick repair at Herb Chambers Collision Center in Braintree – David – Brookline, MA

comments=This past Saturday, I brought my new Honda Pilot to your collision
center in Braintree to get an estimate for removal of a series of scratches
on the left side of the vehicle. When I arrived, Gene Kozash immediately
came out of his office and looked at my Pilot. After seeing the scratches,
Gene said that he thought that they probably could be “buffed out” and that
he thought that I should try that before spending a substantial amount of
money to have the rear passenger door repainted. At that point, Gene then
said that if I had a few minutes he’d have one of his people “buff out” the
scratches so I could see how it looked-at no cost. In about ten minutes my
Pilot was returned to me looking as good as the day I drove it off the
dealership lot. When I offered to make payment, Gene said that it was “no
big deal” and that there was no charge. I then tried to buy lunch for Gene
and the member of his staff who did the work on my car; but both politely
refused.

Needless to say, I was extremely pleased by the service I received and I
thought you should know what a great job Gene did. As a result of Gene’s
actions, I can assure you that I will think of Herb Chambers first for any
future service needs I might have as well as when I look to buy my next car.
