Silver at BMW of Sudbury. She is one of the best service representatives I
have ever dealt with. Over the course of the past ten years, she has
consistently provided fast response, thoughtful advice, and is honest and
friendly in all her interactions. She sets expectations well and then always
meets or exceeds them.

While the whole service and technical departments are excellent, you have a

I had my car serviced this morning at you new BMW location in Sudbury. I
want you to know that my service advisor, Colleen Silver, provided
exceptional client service. I elected to wait for the 30K service that was
being performed, Colleen kept me informed during the entire process as to
the status on what was beng performed and estimated completion time. The
lounge and emenities are wonderful. As someone who is also in the business
of delivering a high level of client service to clients, I appreciate when I
