To whom it may concern, I bought a 2010 chevy truck from you and
so impressed with Jonh Scola Jr that three months later came back to buy a
2010 chevy cobalt, and come to find out that John had been promoted to the
finance department, and it turns out that it was a perfect fit.  The reason
being is because he amazed me even more.  I can promise that you have a
customer for life as long as you employe people like Jonh Scola Jr, and rest
asured that I will most definately will send every freind and family member
to see him.

I would like to thank the Service Dept. on a job well done. I went to
your shop for an oil change and an inspection sticker, I got more than that.
My brakes were feeling soft when applied, now they are perfect. must of been
low on fluid. As far as all other service done to my 2002 Chevy Tahoe, A1
work.

Again thank you very much. I will definitely use your service the next time
I need work done on my vehicle.

received nothing but, prompt, courteous, and efficient service. I will

Manager for taking their time in working the BEST deal.
Also, the tickets to the Auto Show in Boston was a great gift that my son

Mr. Chambers,
  My wife and I bought an Equinox last week from your Danvers Chevrolet
location and wanted you to know what a positive shopping experience it was
for us.  Every staff member we met or worked with was professional,
articulate, and cordial. They made us feel that you were good people who
genuinely put our satisfaction as priority number one.
 We were particulary impressed with our salesman Kevin Fitzpatrick.  No
slick caricature car-salesman hype—just a warm, reassuring guide who
walked us through the buying process and treating us more like a partner
than a client.  Hats off too to Jon Chiavelli who also steered us through
the financial end of the deal with grace, good humor, and expertise.
    We are GM loyalists and have bought elsewhere in the past, but we shall
certainly not hesitate to return to your dealership.

Caring situation at Herb Chambers C/B/P/H in Danvers – Lauren – Danvers, MA

 My father passed away in October, and with all the running around we
completely forgot about his car.  My mother called me one day and said “the
car needs to go away” every time she looked at it, it too much of a memory
for her to deal with.  I had no idea where to start to even try to get rid
of it.  I called the dealership in Danvers and spoke to Sal.  He told me
that he would make sure Emelio was there to help me with this situation.  So
I went down to speak with Emelio.  He was great!!  He was able to take the
car, pay off the loan, and make this whole situation as non-stressful as
possible. 

Thank you to everyone that had a hand in making this easy for my family!  We
really appreciate it!

I have a 2007 Chevy HHR which I love. I had some warning lights on my instrument panel. I went to the Danvers Service Dept. and was helped by John Adams “Jack”.
My car ended up having serious problems and was at the shop almost a month. Jack kept in constant contact with me letting me know what was happening. On one occasion, when I stopped by the shop, he even showed me my engine which had been removed and showed me in detail what was being done.
He offered me the use of a rental which I ultimately used for a week while we were waiting for the delivery of a new head.
Bottom line: Jack was really great during a difficult situation. Herb Chambers should be proud to have Service Mgrs like Jack on the payroll.

Andover Street, Danvers. Clinton Gerrish, Jason Bradley (?) and the Managers
(whose names i cant recall right now) were all open, friendly, respectful,
knowledgeable and professional in both their demeanor and attitudes. It was
a pleasure to deal with them all and will definitely keep this dealership in
mind for any future needs. Your organization has a good name in general with
the surrounding communities and they are representative as to why that is.

Dear Mr. Chambers, I would like to say just a little bit about the service at your Chevy service center in Danvers. I recently had my 08 Tahoe in for some minor body work two or three dents and a couple scratches. I was greeted with the most outstanding service that I can remember. A very kind and professional gentleman, Walter Pollock Jr. and I hope I get the spelling right on this name Paul Morois the technician who worked on my truck. These guys did an outstanding job not only did they fix all the damage but the detailed the inside and they got it back to me when they said it would be done. My daughter bought her 1st Honda at another dealer in 1966 which was not the best experience for a 1st timer! She was now in the market for a new Honda CRV EX 4WD and I was determined to do my best to see that this experience should be totally different from the last.

I had met a Chambers Chevrolet sales manger at the Danvers dealership and was very impressed with his ability to make a prospective customer feel good about shoping or just looking at new cars. Michael Fronduto discussed my interest in a Chevrolet without any pressure or any hint that I should buy that today…a pleasant and enjoyable event.

I called Michael and told him of my daughter’s interest in a new Honda and asked if he could help. He said he could and contacted Bill Richie at Burlington Honda. Within an hour, Michael had all the details I needed to pass on to my daughter and this past Thursday, we visited the Burlington dealership and bought the CRV !!! Can”t believe it was that easy, fun and a totally enjoyable experience !!!
