We write to tell you that we purchased a 2010 SRX in January, 2010.
Unfortunately, we had a few problems that left us totally dissatisfied and
regretting our purchase.  However, your staff, Mark Goldstein, John Brodeur,
George Rigo, and George Belovich all worked very hard to resolve our
problems.
Their efforts as a team went above and beyond and completely turned our
attitude around.  We are 110% satisfied customers! This was not an easy task
for them to fulfilled but they did it along with the entire staff at the
Cadillac – Warwick dealership.  Thank you!  Neal & Donna

Supreme Experience at Herb Chambers Cadillac, Richard – Wyoming, RI

Dear President,

I wish to explain my supreme experience with your company in Warwick, Rhode
Island recently.

I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that experienced some problems with the tire
sensor, electrical, wheels, and others.  Your service department did know
that I purchased the vehicle from another dealer, however, I was treated as
one of the family by your representative Steve Fennesy.  He was
understanding, direct to the problem, and repairs were prompt and very
professional.  You have a thorough employment screening staff to employ
these professionals.  When I purchase a new car, I will go through Steve, he
must be involved.

New CTS purchase at Herb Chambers Cadillac in Providence, RI – Janet – MA

I am not a flowery person nor do I write or comment on service often.  Had to let you know my salesman Jim McKenna, went over and above what was necessary after buying my new CTS cadillac last week.  As an example, he drove to my house in MA on Sunday to deliver my registration for my insurance company inadvertently told me I should not be driving with just the binder and he knew I was uncomfortable and hand delivered it to me.  I am older and he couldn’t have treat me better if I were his Mom…  Thank Jim for me.

Just wanted one of your sales people in Providence to be recognized.

I bought a 2006 STS from your providence location.This car is silver with a custom black coach roof when I drive this car people actually stop to look at this car it is that sharp. Brian Carreiro was my Sales Person. He went  out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I bought the car in March and I just got the time now to write to you.  Herb I look forward to buying my Next Caddy from  the Providence Store.

On 3/4/09 I bought a used vehicle from Herb Chambers Cadilac. After driving it for awhile I thought of my experience with your dealership.

It was second to none.

Replaceing the missing key, fixing the brakes, all made the difference.

When one of your people said they would be there, they where.

When one of your people said they would do something, They did it!

No nonsense. A good used vehicle at a reasonable price!

When I decide its time for a New car

I plan on seeing George Belivich. His honesty and integrity was well received and appreciated.

He went the extra step even with a lower priced used vehicle.

It is unusual in todays world to find a decent car dealership.

I may not buy a caddy, but I am sure George can fix me up with the right Herb Chambers dealership.

I drove down from Mass and I am glad I did.

 Mr. Chambers,

 I wish to tell you how pleased I am with my 2006 Cadillac DTS purchased from your dealership in Providence.  I purchased this in July of 2008 and have never been happier.  At the time of the purchase the salesman and general manager were extremely helpful and responsive to my needs.

 Since that time, I have had the car in for maintenance and repairs.  This was the first time I have purchased an extended warranty and the oil change/maintenance plan.  I have been very pleased with both.

 I am writing because I have had the car in for a few minor warranty repairs and the service was impeccable!  The service managers were professional and responsive every time.  They hustle and attend to the needs of the customers very effectively.  Each time that I needed a rental, the transaction was smooth and efficient.  I was always contacted about information for the repair or other necessary service.

 I just wanted to pass along my extreme satisfaction with the dealership in Providence.  I plan to be a long time Cadillac owner and trust that it will be with Herb Chambers.  I wish you the best of luck during this trying economic time.  Having been a GM customer for quite some time, I am pleased to have his new vehicle for my family.
