Herb,
I had my car serviced this morning at you new BMW location in Sudbury. I
want you to know that my service advisor, Colleen Silver, provided
exceptional client service. I elected to wait for the 30K service that was
being performed, Colleen kept me informed during the entire process as to
the status on what was beng performed and estimated completion time. The
lounge and emenities are wonderful. As someone who is also in the business
of delivering a high level of client service to clients, I appreciate when I
find other companies and their employees doing the same. Great job by the

I wanted to let you know about the EXCEPTIONAL service I received
today. It was pouring rain and I needed new the new rubber inserts for my
wipers. I came in and bought a pair. A gentleman named Matt came over and
put them on my car. I did not ask him to do this – but he did it on his
own! I was so impressed (and very happy too!).

I hope you can do something special for Matt – what a great employee!

I needed an emergency repair today on my Herb Chambers purchased
BMW, and the new Porsche/Audi dealership was the closest to my home, as I
did not want to travel far on my run two flat tires with broken valve stems.
I spoke to Eric on the phone, explained my predicament that my wife needed
the car for an important doctor appointment in the afternoon. Eric told me
they were flat out on repairs, but he would do the best he could. His best
was better than I could have hoped for. His timing was perfect. He called me
much earlier than I anticipated to tell me the car was fixed and ready, as
we were standing at The Avis rental counter to get a car for my wife to
use!He is my new hero!!

I would like to pass along some very positive feedback about Dustin
at Foreign Motors West in Natick. I have been bringing my car in for service
there for the past year or so and have always found Dustin to be extremely
professional and helpful. My car is older and I have come to rely on
Dustin’s advice and perspective on repairs and maintenance. Without
exception, he is always available and returns my calls promptly. He
patiently explains the issues with my car and I never feel rushed on the
phone. I feel like he values my business and I am treated with respect. I am
sure you are proud to have him represent your dealership.

I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know of the excellent service that I received via this website. I submitted a complaint on here about two weeks ago – I had been fighting with my local BMW dealership for very close to a YEAR about an issue with a tire claim. After writing to herbcares.com, the issue was resolved in two weeks. I would like to thank Nicole Martin (who works for Herb Chambers Co.), as well as Debbie Bodner, who is the representative from Profit Portfolio LLC. If you are in contact with Debbie’s supervisor, please pass along my commendations. I will now deal exclusively with Herb Chambers BMW when I need to service my current vehicle, and will only consider your dealership for future purchases. Good customer service goes a long way, and I will certainly recommend Herb Chambers to anyone looking to purchase or service a BMW. Thanks again.

I just purchased my second BMW from Ahmed Jabrane at your Boston location. Although we live near an alternative dealership (we’re in Swampscott) we chose to travel to Ahmed when the lease expired on my X5. Ahmed personifies customer service. He is professional, personable and knowledgeable, answers his e-mail and his phone and treats every request like I purchased the most expensive auto in the dealership. I hate dealing with cars–Ahmed makes it as easy as it could possibly get.

Just wanted to give kudos when kudos are due. You’re lucky to have Ahmed.

Dear Herb,

I had to let you know that aquiring my Cayenne has been my best car buying experience ever. Raffi, Michael and your son George were wonderful. It was laid back and smooth as ordering a fine steak from Ruth Chris. Raffi did a wonderful job explaining the mechanics of the vehicle. Michael treats you like an old friend. George made the process smooth as silk. I could not ask for more and I plan on being a Herb Chambers customer for the rest of my life. I plan on bringing my uncle to look at a 09′ 750 BMW. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
