<p>Dear Herb, I purchased a BMW 328I from Nick Lagas several months<br />
ago and wanted to tell you how great a sales representative he is for your<br />
company. His help with purchasing my car long distance was fantastic and he<br />
personally went above and beyond trying to make everything quick and easy.<br />
There were a few qlitches in the fianace department when I was told papers<br />
were sent out and they never called me to say they had not been sent leaving<br />
me waiting at home for a delivery which never arrived that day. Simple<br />
things like a quick call to customers to keep them updated will have a huge<br />
impact on customer satisfaction. No one wants to wait for nothing. After all<br />
was said and done my new car was delivered and I will be a BMW owner for<br />
life. I plan on shopping for my next BMW through Nick again. He is a true<br />
asset to your dealership.<br />

<p>I wanted to let you know what a great staff you have at the BMW Commonwealth<br />
ave location. My wife had driven from CT to Boston for a sensitive family<br />
matter last week and the fan clutch went out on our 5 series, leaving my<br />
wife stranded. Rick Bunker and the rest of the team at your Commonwealth Ave<br />
location could not have done a better job of being accomidating to my wife<br />
and turning around a very stressful situation. Rick was able to make an<br />
emergency appointment, get the five series properly repaired that day and my<br />
wife was able to drive home that afternoon.</p>
<p>I hope you can recognize Rick and the rest of the Commonwealth ave team<br />
members for not only doing their job well,  but for going above and beyond<br />
to help out a long time BMW customer ( 20 years, 12 BMWS)</p>

<p>Dear Mr. Chambers,</p>
<p>Last Saturday, April 10, 2010 my BMW 2005 broke down in the Boston area. I<br />
was unable to find a rental car with Enterprise due to all their sites being<br />
closed and the airport site policy to not rent cars to Massachusetts<br />
drivers. I telephoned to BMW to tow my car to Herb Chambers BMW and the<br />
minute that I arrived I seen the person that sold me the car nearly 2 years<br />
ago Miguel Banos saw that I was having a tough day. He immediatly pulled the<br />
service manager to look at my car right away. I explained what had occurred<br />
and that I was due in Portsmouth NH in just a few hours. Miguel had<br />
instructed the receptionist to find a rental agency that would rent to me<br />
and pick me up as soon as possible. Although there was only 15 minutes left<br />
for the service department to close, everyone on staff was extreamly<br />
helpful.</p>
<p>I just want to thank you and your staff for making it possible for me to get<br />
back to my conference in Portsmouth and service my car. I hope to continue<br />
to do business with you and I know for a fact where my next purchase of a<br />
BMW will be.</p>

<p>I took your service survey tonight and it reminded me to drop this<br />
note &#8211; I hope Herb and Melissa Steffy see it.<br />
I had my company purchase a used 325xI from from you in late<br />
June of this year.  The salesman was Richard Baldani.  Right now I can&#8217;t<br />
think of any reason why I would go anywhere else for my next car and have<br />
already recomended you to everyone I&#8217;ve talked car with, including clients.<br />
I realize this car was a little outside your normal zone for age (5yrs) and<br />
it had a couple of issues that proved a bit difficult to get through, but<br />
that is precisely exemplary of what was so impressive. You have obviously<br />
done a great job at instilling a corporate culture that promotes productive,<br />
mature and genuine employees.  It is the rare place where the posters on the<br />
wall actually ring true!  In fact, my experience wasn&#8217;t exactly perfect,<br />
which makes it even better.  At one juncture there was clearly a mistep by<br />
someone concerning a part and the timing of repairs, but the way it was<br />
handled by everyone involved was absolutley outstanding. Calm, pleasant,<br />
helpul problem solvers, the whole bunch.  I am bad with names but you can<br />
check the record for everyone that was involved in the three visits I had to<br />
make before the whole of the purchase deal issues were settled this October<br />
(I travel, so thats not all on you)  Anyway, as good sales guys do, Richard<br />
was on the front line sticking out and standing out.  After I was &#8220;stuck&#8221;<br />
for a weekend with that beautiful new loaner &#8211; he came to my house, picked<br />
it up and dropped off my &#8220;new&#8221; car at the airport for my return from a<br />
business trip.  Give him a prize&#8230;I&#8217;m sure he&#8217;ll share the glory.<br />
I can never be sure exactly how the money works in anyone elses business,<br />
but I am highly confident that in my case, your long term approach will pay<br />
off in spades compared to the short term hit you took at this marginal<br />
little deal. But I guess you already knew that.  You have definately got it!<br />
Oh, and I guess I&#8217;ve forgiven you for the promised $25 repayment of the<br />
parking ticket I got while working on the purchase.  Nobody&#8217;s perfect.</p>
