And while I&#8217;m never thrilled about paying full price for a new car, including all the options I selected, I was extremely pleased with Ahmed Jabrane and the way he handled my purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, focused, conscientious with his follow-up, and very personable at all time. He made concessions where he could, and was very forthcoming about my all aspects of my purchase. I would not have moved as quickly in the process if it weren&#8217;t for Ahmed. The same can be said for Azi Parvez. I met Azi for the first time when I purchased my wife&#8217;s Mini a few years back. I was glad to see he had been promoted. Azi is also terribly personable, professional, and purveys honest intergrity. In an uncomfortable business transaction &#8211; spending a lot of money &#8211; Azi makes the extra effort to make you feel comfortable about your choices. As a tenured sales professional, I enjoyed working with both gentlemen. Thanks very much. -Eddie</p>

<p><span>I just purchased a pre-owned Lexus ls460L from Mohammad.  I purchased it via</span><br />

<span>After finding the car I called and Mohammad talked to me about the car. He</span><br />
<span>got my confidence up to the point that I purchased the car</span><br />

<span>He did a great Job of selling me the car&#8211; then he turned me over to Azi to</span><br />
<span>do the paper work via the phone&#8230;. Azi is as professional as it gets.</span><br />
<span>Because of the complicated way in which I title my cars, it is a bit of a</span><br />
<span>stretch for  a car dealer&#8217;s office to understand.  However having said that</span><br />
<span>&#8211; Azi understood want I wanted and he made it happen.  I was impressed.&#8211;</span><br />
<span>But the best part of my story is picking the car up.</span><br />
<span>I flew into Boston Friday morning, Anthony cam to the air port to pick me</span><br />
<span>up.</span><br />
<span>He was very accommodating.  He spend all the time I needed to understand the</span><br />
<span>features of the car etc.  Azi, and Mohammad finished the paper work with me</span><br />
<span>and I left.  I drove straight back to TN &#8212; where I had a meeting at 1pm on</span><br />
<span>Saturday&#8211; I drove straight thro (18 hrs of driving) &#8212; The Car is even more</span><br />
<span>that Mohammad told me it is.  It is perfect and my experience with you</span><br />
<span>company could not have been better.   You should be very proud to be able to</span><br />
<span>have staff people like these three guys.  </span><br />
<span>I think they are helping you set a new lever of satisfaction.</span><br />
<span>BTW&#8211; I stopped at you Lexus dealership on my way out of town to buy a</span><br />
<span>&#8220;Lexus&#8221; license plate holder. &#8212; WOW what a beautiful dealership.  The guy</span><br />
<span>in parts was very helpful in not only helping me select the plate holder but</span><br />
<span>also giving me some directions as to the fastest way around some traffic.</span><br />
<span>You have trained you people well in regards to customer attention.</span><br />
<span>I only hope my customers get the same kind of experience from my sales</span><br />
<span>people.</span><br />

<p>I own a 2004 BMW X5. I bought it at the Herb Chambers Boston dealership on<br />
Commonwealth Ave. and have had it serviced there for the past 5 years.<br />
The last 3 years or so I have been dealing strictly with Jim Miscioscia. Jim<br />
has gone above and beyond my expectations at every visit.</p>
<p>Jim goes into great detail to explain what is going on with my car, he<br />
checks and makes sure I am keeping up with the cars maintenances, and he<br />
accommodates my situaion when needed. On two occassions, I needed a loner<br />
car. There were none available when I made my appointment. But when I got to<br />
the dealership, Jim got me a car. I work full-time and have a small child<br />
that I take to and from school. I cannot be without a car. Jim understands<br />
that. I truly feel I can trust Jim to be honest and informative.</p>
<p>Thank you Jim for making all my visits to Herb Chambers Boston, the best I<br />
have ever had.</p>

  I was completely overwhelmed by the  positive experience that I had in buying a previously owned Pocsche Cayenne Turbo from your company. The &#8216;05 that caught my eye on-line was at your BMW Boston dealership due to its recent trade-in. I initially contacted Joe Santamaria from your Foriegn Motors West facility. (I had purchased a Mercedes Wagon from Joe in 1998 and I was delighted to learn that he was still with your company). Joe used your &#8220;Concierge&#8221; program and quickly got me in touch with Paul McDaniels at your Commonwealth Ave facility.</p>
<p> I have to admit that I arrived with a chip on my shoulders &#8211; expecting a bad experience. When I met with Paul, he totally made me feel at ease and comfortable &#8230; as if we were old friends. Paul walked me over to Client Advisor Rob Gale who continued in the professional, upfront and friendly manner. After a brief test ride, (my decision), Rob introduced me to Catherine Rogers who made the transaction easy and hassle-free. While the paperwork was being drawn up, Rob made it a special point to introduce me to Frank Miscioscia, the Porsche Service Manager. Frank told me that he was very familiar with my car &#8230; that the prior owner took great care of the vehicle and that I got a great Porsche. Frank&#8217;s comments closed the deal. I knew I was getting a great car at a great price!</p>
<p>In the ensuing weeks since my purchase, I continue to get great service. I have received follow up calls from Rob telling me the spare key was in. ( I have even bumped into Rob in the street and he asks how the car is doing). When I went to pick the spare key, Paul McDaniels called over to me by my first name asking how the car was. Next, Frank Miscioscia told me that my oil was a bit down (a common occurence with the Cayenne Turbo) and that he would &#8220;top it off&#8217; for me and even offered to get the car washed while I waited.</p>
<p>In conclusion, you have a great company with dedicated people who clearly know what they do &#8230;. and they do it in a friendly and pro-consumer manner.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m a very satisified customer.</p>
