Satisfying experience at Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough – Joseph – Shrewsbury, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,
I don’t often write to compliment service that I expect from any merchant,
but I felt that the experience provided to me in purchasing my new
automobile at your dealership was exemplary and a very satisfying
experience. I truly felt that your personal worked with me and not against
in negotiating a deal that I believe was fair to both you and myself.
The salesman I worked with was Bandoh Osei. He was very courtesy and
profession. He admitted that he was new to this position and was very honest
when he did not the answer to the question that I asked him and then went to
get the answer. In no way was he pressuring and wanted to make sure that all
of my inquiries were satisfied.
I negotiated the price of the vehicle and my trade in value with your sales
manager, Jedd. He too was very polite, courteous and professional. I truly
felt that he wanted to reasonable satisfy me in any way that he could. I did
not feel any adversity in my negotiations as I felt with other dealerships
in the past.
After the deal was completed, Bandoh introduced me the service manager and
general manager. Both managers took the time to tell me about how the
“customer comes first” and their open door policy if I needed to speak to
them.
I am eagerly anticipating delivery of my vehicle and continuing my
relationship with you.
