Herb Chambers Audi Fan Forever at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Jason – Milton, VT

While traveling on Patriot’s Day, 2010 from Vermont to Waltham, MA
for a final job interview, I encountered problems with my 2004 Audi A4.  I
pulled into your service bay at 4:30PM on that Monday.  I was greeted by
your service department, and Joe had stated that they could take a look at
the vehicle, and determine if I could drive it back to VT or have to stay in
Boston overnight, as the service department was closing.

Joe took great care of me, while the mechanic determined that my speed
sensor needed replacement.  I was ready to drive back home, but the vehicle
could not get started again.  5:30PM, and I was stuck.

Joe convinced the mechanic to stay late and fix my vehicle, which would
normally take 2 hours to complete.  They had the car fixed and cleaned by
6:30PM!!!

I will now be a Herb Chamber’s Audi fan forever!  Your guys stayed late to
fix my car…..and I got the job in Waltham!  I am now a Bostonian and Herb
Chamber’s customer.  Joe and his mechanic deserve a BIG raise!

Enjoyed buying an Automibile at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Matthew – Burlington, MA

While I had a moment I wanted to take the time to point out the
superb service I received recently at Audi of Burlington. My sales associate
was Mr. Wayne Altavilla and his time and consideration made buying an Audi
one of the easiest choices I have made. I can honestly say this is the very
first time I have actually enjoyed buying an automobile. Mr. Altavilla was
down to earth, and a straight shooter. He took the time to compare several
cars  I was considering (A4 or 328xi) and we test drove both. At the end of
the day the accommodations provided by Mr. Altavilla and his consideration
for my needs as a customer made the decision for me. I bought the A4, having
had no intent on doing so when I arrived. Mr. Altavilla is a young guy, but
given he’s around my age it made the experience that much better because we
could directly relate. I sincerely appreciate his time. From purchase to
delivery Mr. Altavilla kept me up to speed on where everything was in the
process and did anything he could to ensure I was satisfied.
I received my car Weds 3 Mar and I have no regrets. I have spoken to
numerous friends and every time I tell them “if you?re going to go look, go
to the Audi dealership and ask for Wayne, you won’t regret it”.
I hope you all pass along my sincere appreciation for the courtesy and
professionalism of Mr. Altavilla.

Good morning Mr. Chambers, Recently shopping for a new vehicle, my
wife called and spoke with a salesman , Tom Viner. She was impressed with
his mannerism and professionalism. We drove to the dealership and found the
A6 in the color and options we were looking for. Our dealings extended to
Adnan Sehovic and with respect for our time, a deal was sealed in minutes.
Audi Burlington was the 3rd dealership we contacted. Besides Tom & Adnan,
other salespersons and your son came and talked with us and eveyone is just
very pleasant. Being our first purchase with a Herb chambers dealership, we

Best Sales Experience Ever at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Fred and Barbara – West Newbury, MA

a pleasant, minimum hassle experience. He was personable, accommodating, and
extremely knowledgeable. In short, an outstanding representative for your
organization. He is such a good salesmen that he was able to sell us a Q5
without us having an opportunity to conduct a test drive or even having our

Emergency Repair Completed, Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Steven – Burlington, MA

August 22, 2009

I needed an emergency repair today on my Herb Chambers purchased
BMW, and the new Porsche/Audi dealership was the closest to my home, as I
did not want to travel far on my run two flat tires with broken valve stems.
I spoke to Eric on the phone, explained my predicament that my wife needed
the car for an important doctor appointment in the afternoon. Eric told me
they were flat out on repairs, but he would do the best he could. His best
was better than I could have hoped for. His timing was perfect. He called me
much earlier than I anticipated to tell me the car was fixed and ready, as
we were standing at The Avis rental counter to get a car for my wife to
use!He is my new hero!!

Service at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington – Paul – New Jersey

Although I live in NJ and I purchased my Audi (I have a few Audi’s) in NJ, I actually work for a company in Burlington, just up the street from your dealership, so I do bring my car in for service there while I am in the office here in Burlington.

I stopped in yesterday to aks about adjusting my sunroof on my 2008 RS 4 (great car, by the way) and Eric Thorner took care of me. He very helpful, fit me in to look at the car immediately, fixed the problem very quickly and returned the car washed and vacuumed, and didn’t charge me (even though the warranty resides with my dealer in NJ).

Very professional service and a great new facility. It was the first time I have been in your new locale. When the time comes to look to purchase another new Audi (you have a very nice R8 in the showroom, but I’m not ready yet for that), I’ll have to shop up here as well.

Audi S4 sale at Herb Chambers Audi of Burlington – Ramesh – Burlington, MA

We are writing this email in appreciation of what Bill Murphy has
done for us at the Audi dealership in Burlington. We have dealt with many
dealers in our lifetime – but no one has impressed us as much as Bill
Murphy. Most dealers are only nice to customers – until they make their sale

aspects.
