i recently purchased a 2009 elantra touring wagon at your
dealership in auburn ma. all your sales people were great! i received what i
think was a great price.
this is the 5th hyundia i have owned. it is the first from your dealership.
i
could never get a deal there before. i would not hesitate to return there
for
my 6th hyundia.
on another matter, i brought my other hyundia in for an overheating problem.
your service department was top notch. they fixed the problem that another
service place could not.
i am happy to report that the car is running like a top. i can’t say enought
about your service department. they were to notch.
in closing thanks for a positive experience.

Repeat Buyer at Herb Chambers Scion of Auburn and Herb Chambers Chrysler/Jeep Dodge Danvers, Henry – Sandwich, MA

Mr Chambers my son bought his first new car 09 Challanger at your Danvers store last January. I just purchased a used 07 Jeep last night at your Aurburn store. The reason for email I used to be in your business as a salesman,used car manager and general sales manager and was successful but wanted a change and changed my career into construction sales/manager that changed happened 25 years ago now I am retired because of illness but that won’t stop me. I went with my son to buy a new car I know the owner of a Dodge store south of Boston he did business with me on the construction side, I tried to purchace a Jeep 6 years ago and last January could not come together but felt I owed him first shot. So we went on line he found the car he wanted at HC Danvers they were great (sorry I forget their names) remember talking to sales manager told I live on the Cape my son has a trade told him what it was he gave me a number site unseen got the deal done over the phone. I know you would rather deal in person but he understood we have long drive to Danvers and he did not want to waste our time gave good deal over the phone we appreciated that, drove up and came home in my son’s new Challanger. Auburn same thing salesman Jim Aldean ,I think sales mgr.Alex, and GM Dan and F.I guy all where great, product knowlege is 20% how your treat people knowlege is 80%.Never had to use your service dept my no doubt I would be treated the same. Dealing with people all my life as yourself if you prove yourself and play on same field only expect the BEST and your people at Herb Chambers are just that. I feel I would be treated the same at HC if I bought a $10,000 used car or a $200,000 Bentley . I do know a profit has to made can’t imagine the cost just to flic the light switch at your dealerships. So with that said from what I’ve seen my other son senior at college will be buying a car in a month and he will by at HC. Thanks for helping the economy and yourself for having such great employees. Elantra purchase at Herb Chambers Hyundai Auburn – Joe – Auburn, MA

Herb, I recently inquired, via internet, on prices for a Hyundai for my daughter. Almost instantaniously, I receive an e-mail and subsequently a call from Steve Stolberg of Herb Chambers of Auburn. After speaking with Steve I felt he was somebody that I could trust. As our conversation went on, I found that he use to work for my Uncle Steve, (who recently passed away) at Duddie Ford. I felt even more comfortable with speaking with him. Because I had always bought my cars from my uncle at Duddies and later at Imperial, I never had to wonder if I was being taken advantage of. I made appointment to come and LOOK at a Hyundai for my daughter. I arrived at your Aubun dealership TO LOOK and spoke to Steve who then put me in the guiding hands of Jason Harnois. Jason took my daughter and me out to the lot and showed us various vehicles. We then went for test rides. I was pleasantly pleased that Jason was very down to earth and did not hound us. We were there just TO LOOK and did not need anybody breathing down our neck while we talked. Needless to say, an hour later, we were speaking with Matthew Newhouse on our financing. Let me reitterate, I inquired via internet, spoke to Steve via telephone, came TO LOOK at your Auburn dealership, met with Steve and Jason to look at the POSSIBLITY of a purchase, and two hours later purchased a Hyunai Elantra. I just want you to know that because of the superior service and lack of hounding, I have have become a fan of the Herb Chambers organization. I am writing this because I know if somebody was dis-satisfied these people would be repremanded. It is time for people to comment of great service, and that it was I got at Herb Chambers of Auburn. These three people are an asset to your organization and should be commended. Now that my uncle is no longer there to help me when I need a new vehicle, I am glad to know that I can trust somebody else.
