Dear Mr. Chambers,

I was sold upon my very first visit to Herb Chamber’s Infiniti in
Westborough; not only is the showroom beautiful, the staff was friendly
and
courteous.   Mr. Clyde Brown greeted me at the door and introduced me to
Mr.
Anthony Carlino who carefully and specifically explained the G37X to me.
I needed a comparison to my existing Acura TL (I have leased three other
TLs prior to).

Anthony gave me an overall examination and experience of the type of car
that he instinctively knew that would be the right ‘fit’ for me.
Additionally, he inspired me to take the car on a test drive and took his
time in explaining the features; safety, navigation system and comfort of
the G37X.

Anthony’s knowledge, professionalism and personality greatly assisted my
decision to leave Acura and enter into the Infiniti world.  Along with
Clyde and the GM, Mr. Pat Bradley….all showed supreme care and desire to
please
me and earn my business.  They all inspired me!!!    After few weeks of
owning my G37X I cannot begin to explain the the comfort, safe-feeling and
enjoyment I am having with my Infiniti!  The bonding time between me and
the vehicle was quick and exciting!  I love my G37X!  Most importantly,
the experience I received at the Westborough Dealership and the customer
service department was amazing!

Dear Herb,

I recently purchased and took delivery of a 2011 Infiniti G37X Premium from
your dealership in Westboro on Jan 3, 2011.   I have driven the vehicle for
only two days but already know this was the best choice for performance, comfort and value in comparison
to the Acura TL AWD and BMW 3X series.

I was introduced to Anthony Carlino as my sales consultant and I was very pleased with the purchase
negotiation and the evaluation of my trade.

At delivery time, there were some minor issues so Anthony needed another day to make things perfect.
Anthony identified the issues, worked with the service team and made everything right prior to my return.
Based on Anthony’s attention to detail and follow up, I would recommend Anthony to friends or colleagues
as the sale consultant to see if they are interested in an Infiniti.

Experience Of A Lifetime at Herb Chambers Infiniti – William – Avon, MA

One of the most difficult tasks mankind has to endure is the act of purchasing a vehicle.
When I think deeply about buying a car I can not help but realize this is the most expensive purchase I
will make in my lifetime. How? Think of it as a cumulative item with parasites.
You are not only purchasing a car but also, insurance, extended warrantees, sales and property taxes, DMV
services, and down the road: maintenance fees, tires, parts, oil changes, gas, tolls, cleaning devices
and chemicals, winter floor mats, etc?you get the picture.
Now, multiply this event time the number of vehicles you will buy in a lifetime.
That is what makes this task so difficult and unfortunately necessary.

So here I am, once again trying to make this event as pleasant as possible knowing what to expect the
moment I enter a dealership. I’m ready to spar with another team of salivating sales reps, financial
advisors, CEO’s, janitors and anyone else they can recruit to empty my pockets. They already know I’m in
a vulnerable and emotional state. The velociraptor spot their quarry and come in for the kill. At least
that is what I thought. But, this time was different, very different for the first time in my life and
I’m 65.

As I past through the doors of Herb Chambers I felt five years old again entering my first ice cream
store, confronted by a medley of smells, colors, and textures that overwhelmed me.
Then I’m greeted by the friendly ice cream attendant, “Johnny” willing to do anything to make my first
visit to an ice cream store one of the best experiences of my childhood.

Well, fast forward to November 30, 2010. I, with my wife and son enter the doors of Herb Chambers
Infiniti Dealership wearing my best defensive posture because I know what I’m about to encounter. A
greeter introduces us to Jess, a thorough and knowledgeable executive who immediately assigns us to a
sale rep. A hand reaches out and says’ “hello I’m Anthony Carlino, and I am hear to make your visit with
us as pleasant as possible”.
Anthony could not have been more complete, affable and entertaining as he listened to our every need and
made for our first hassle free car purchase. He also delivered our vehicle to CT with a dozen roses on
the front seat for my wife knowing the car was for her. What a touch!

Anthony is my 20th century “Johnny”.

Dear Mr. Herb Chambers,

 I am a proud owner of an Infiniti G37x, the salesman who sold me the car, Anthony M. Carlino at Herb Chambers Infiniti in Westborough, MA, was very professional, and I felt very comfortable buying from him. I was able to ask all the questions I had about the car. He never tried avoiding any questions and always found the right answer. I own five other cars from various dealers, and I have to say, Mr. Carlino has been the most impressive salesman I have ever dealt with. Before I came to Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough I went to 2 previous Infiniti dealerships who both, were very unreasonable. Mr. Carlino has worked with us throughout the whole process; he has been a great salesman, a great person and very professional in all aspect ( Anthony is a good egg he is the greatest asset to your organization). He even went above and beyond when he ordered a bow for us, because this was a gift for my daughter?s Sweet 16. He made us feel as if we were just discussing a car with a long-time friend. He was very understanding about the price and technical question. Dear Herb,
We really liked the Civic SI as soon as we saw it.  So we called Anthony Carlino and he jumped right on it.  Anthony really is the best.  He immediately reserved the car for us. He had the crew go through it with a fine toothed comb to make sure it was a prize winner.  I have to say that Anthony never fails to impress.  At this point he is more a friend than a sales rep.  I don’t know where you found this guy but he is a real keeper.
He truly does the dealership justice.  I can’t see us ever doing business with anyone else. Oh yea, we bought the car.

Dear Herb, I feel compelled to let you know about the outstanding experience I had at Herb Chambers Infiniti in Westborough and particularly with Anthony Carlino. I am a practicing attorney of 26 years in the area and have purchased many vehicles over the years and was very impressed with the Herb Chambers Infiniti staff and Mr. Carlino.
     I originally purchased a 2010 G37x and I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Anthony without the high pressure sales technique.  Anthony listened attentively yo my point of view and was very helpful going through the vehicle with me.
     Although the G37x is a beautiful vehicle, after a day or so, I decided for personal reasons that I actually preferred the larger M37x. This is when I became even more impressed with Mr. Carlino. I went back to the dealership and spoke to Anthony about changing to the M37x. Anthony was instrumental in my being able to swap the G37 for the M37 which I attribute to his professionalism and sincere care and appreciation for his customers. I felt that Anthony had my best interest in mind while working with me. I appreciated his honesty in explaining to me the effect of switching vehicles and the amount of time that he spent with me. Anthony was available to answer all my questions and I was particularly impressed that he went the extra mile to help me switch to the other vehicle. I was treated fairly regarding the price of the new vehicle even though I had originally purchased a different one and I attribute this to your Westborough Infiniti staff and particularly to Anthony’s input and his desire to treat his customers fairly. Thanks again to Mr. Carlino and your staff.

This was the first time in a car dealership that I was treated like a
potential customer should be treated. I never felt rushed or pressured, or

I bought an Infiniti G37x from Anthony in April of 2009 and, a year later, I’m still so thrilled with the car and the service at Herb Chambers Infiniti Westborough. Anthony embodies all the qualities most buyers want, but don’t always experience, in a sales professional: genuine, sincere, respectful,knowledgeable, and most important to me, not aggressive. I can’t recommend Anthony or Herb Chambers Infiniti highly enough. Buy your next car there – you’ll be glad you did!

Dear Mr. Chambers,
 My wife and I recently had a desire to buy another car.  We knew right
away that we had to contact Anthony Carlino at you’re Westborogh Infinity
dealership.  We had previously purchased an awesome Acura RSX from him last
year.  Anthony immediately got back to us with a great deal.  We drove down
from Tyngsboro to see him and although the car wasn’t for us it was still
great to reconnect with Anthony. We described the vehicle we wanted to him
after going for a test drive and now have him looking out for us.
 I have been to dozens of dealerships in the past, but now my wife and I
refuse to go anywhere else.  Even though we make a good living we definitely
don’t dress the part and we look like a couple of teenagers.  That has never
been an issue with your Westborough Infinity staff.  In fact, now we say to
everyone “We have people.”  This is simply because we know for a fact that
we won’t get a better deal from anyone else.  We won’t get the kind of
respect and sense of friendship anywhere else.  Anthony, Paul and James are
our people, and we recommend them to everyone regardless of what kind of car
they’re looking for.  They do you great justice and I still can’t believe I
am saying all this about a car dealership.  I really can’t say enough
though.

A great thanks for Anthony Carlino, Paul Martineau, and James Teague…Our
people.
And thanks Herb for making a normally tedious task into a delightful
experience.  I think if we lived closer we’d probably stop by just to say hi
to everyone.
