I’m absolutley thrilled with my 2009 X6. And while I’m never thrilled about paying full price for a new car, including all the options I selected, I was extremely pleased with Ahmed Jabrane and the way he handled my purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, focused, conscientious with his follow-up, and very personable at all time. He made concessions where he could, and was very forthcoming about my all aspects of my purchase. I would not have moved as quickly in the process if it weren’t for Ahmed. The same can be said for Azi Parvez. I met Azi for the first time when I purchased my wife’s Mini a few years back. I was glad to see he had been promoted. Azi is also terribly personable, professional, and purveys honest intergrity. In an uncomfortable business transaction – spending a lot of money – Azi makes the extra effort to make you feel comfortable about your choices. I just purchased my second BMW from Ahmed Jabrane at your Boston location. Although we live near an alternative dealership (we’re in Swampscott) we chose to travel to Ahmed when the lease expired on my X5. Ahmed personifies customer service. He is professional, personable and knowledgeable, answers his e-mail and his phone and treats every request like I purchased the most expensive auto in the dealership. I hate dealing with cars–Ahmed makes it as easy as it could possibly get.

Just wanted to give kudos when kudos are due. You’re lucky to have Ahmed.
