Hello my name is Sandra I want to take the the time to tell
you what a great experience that I had at the Seekonk mass Honda.
I spent a few years looking for a new car.
The first few car dealership that I went to was not a Honda, all I got
was the sale people expecting me to buy a car two minutes after I walked
into their dealership not realizing that some of us can’t or won’t spend
$20,000.00 in ten minutes.
When one sales person at the other well known company started
screaming at me for making him look bad for not spending the money in ten
minutes, after being told that he well make it impossible for me to buy a
car at his and other dealerships, he slammed the door in face.
I went to the Honda in Seekonk.
I got adriel Calo as a sales person. Adriel was the niciest person on
the fast of the earth along with the other sales people there. Four times I
went to the dealership looking for a car before picking the Honda Fit.
Not once in those four times did Adriel ever pressure me, yell at me
and slam doors in my face because I did not buy a car on the spot. In fact
it was a few months before I actually got to buy the Fit. Even the day I got
the Fit, Adriel was still very nice to me. Adriel was not mad or angry with
me because I finally got the car a year down the road.
when a certain parent told me my car was leaking I took it to the
service department at Seekonk Honda, even when i was freaking out about it,
the service people and Adriel calmed me down and let me know it was ok, they
was going to fix what ever problem with the car, Thankfully there no leak
the car was just fine.
I want to let you know I am glad that I bought a car at the Honda.
Everyone there is very nice, what I really liked about it was there was
pressure in buying a car the second I walked into the dealership. Even after
my fourth visit everyone was still nice, that’s how it should be.
I still can’t believe how rudely and how I got treated like a piece
of crap at the other name brand dealership and they are still in business.
I just want for you to give Adriel calo and everyone else at the
Honda dealership credit for being there for the customers, give them credit
for them being nice to everyone and being patient when someone wants to take
their time in buying a car even if it means doing many visits to their
dealeship before making a decision. They deserve the credit and points for
being nice with no pressure, no angry yelling and slamming of the doors.
