Enjoyed buying an Automibile at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington, Matthew – Burlington, MA

While I had a moment I wanted to take the time to point out the
superb service I received recently at Audi of Burlington. My sales associate
was Mr. Wayne Altavilla and his time and consideration made buying an Audi
one of the easiest choices I have made. I can honestly say this is the very
first time I have actually enjoyed buying an automobile. Mr. Altavilla was
down to earth, and a straight shooter. He took the time to compare several
cars  I was considering (A4 or 328xi) and we test drove both. At the end of
the day the accommodations provided by Mr. Altavilla and his consideration
for my needs as a customer made the decision for me. I bought the A4, having
had no intent on doing so when I arrived. Mr. Altavilla is a young guy, but
given he’s around my age it made the experience that much better because we
could directly relate. I sincerely appreciate his time. From purchase to
delivery Mr. Altavilla kept me up to speed on where everything was in the
process and did anything he could to ensure I was satisfied.
I received my car Weds 3 Mar and I have no regrets. I have spoken to
numerous friends and every time I tell them “if you?re going to go look, go
to the Audi dealership and ask for Wayne, you won’t regret it”.
