Dear Herb, Thanks so much for responding to my resent e-mail, and
having Daniel Maguilla contact me to listen to my concerns over my recent
purchase. He took note, but more importantly, took action, and within 24
hours, my appointment was made, a loaner car was secured, and to my great
satisfaction, all repairs were made. Dan personally came to greet me, looked
over my vehicle, and I was underway with a loaner for 5 days, or longer, and
if necessary, my vehicle would be delieverd to me in Maine. I’m sure you
realize what a valuable asset Dan is to your organization, but I thought it
