Dear President,
I wish to explain my supreme experience with your company in Warwick, Rhode
Island recently.
I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade that experienced some problems with the tire
sensor, electrical, wheels, and others. Your service department did know
that I purchased the vehicle from another dealer, however, I was treated as
one of the family by your representative Steve Fennesy. He was
understanding, direct to the problem, and repairs were prompt and very
professional. You have a thorough employment screening staff to employ
these professionals. When I purchase a new car, I will go through Steve, he
must be involved.
