Positive Experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Jim – Buzzards Bay, MA
Last Saturday, I brought our Accord to Seekonk to get another key.
I was informed that the key was not in stock and was asked if I could come back. Once the service advisor, Michelle Levesque, realized that I had traveled approximately an hour from the Cape and had to get to Boston that afternoon, she provided exemplary service so I would not have to come back.
She was sincerely apologetic that I was not asked by the service rep to reschedule my appointment since the key was not in stock. Once Michelle determined my needs, she then expedited obtaining and programming a duplicate.
Michelle reduced the cost and provided a key ring to acknowledge my inconvenience. She turned a negative situation into a positive experience, exemplifying professional service.
