Dear Herb Chambers,
I am always amazed by the service in Herb Chambers Mini of Boston, the efficiency, the speed, even the way you maneuver multiple cars in and out of the little space you have… But this time, I want to praise –and thank- one person especially, Miraldo in the MINI department. He was not only able to swiftly accommodate several customers at once (impatiently stirring at him while he was helping someone else) but never lost good manners and his unmatched joy of working there.  I hope you will recognize his splendid service skills and agility (he does not walk, he runs!)
