Dear Herb,
I wanted you to know that over the past 6 years I have been extremely impressed with the service I’ve received at your Norwood (now Sharon) location.  My service consultant is HOLLY BRUGLIERA and she is OUTSTANDING! She always ensures every last detail is handled, she is courteous and professional and she has taken the time to get to know me personally.  It is this type of personal high touch service that motivates me to drive to your dealership versus Lexus Watertown.  Please recognize HOLLY for all that she does.  She exemplifies the “Herb Chambers Brand” and for that I thank you!!!
