I wanted to let you know about the EXCEPTIONAL service I received
today.  It was pouring rain and I needed new the new rubber inserts for my
wipers.  I came in and bought a pair.  A gentleman named Matt came over and
put them on my car.  I did not ask him to do this – but he did it on his
own! I was so impressed (and very happy too!).

I hope you can do something special for Matt – what a great employee!
