I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know of the excellent service that I received via this website. I submitted a complaint on here about two weeks ago – I had been fighting with my local BMW dealership for very close to a YEAR about an issue with a tire claim. After writing to herbcares.com, the issue was resolved in two weeks.
