I sent a note last week regarding an issue that occurred the last time we brought our vehicle in for service. I was surprised and delighted to recieve a call the following business day asking for additional details and 24 hours later the issue was completely resolved – I have to say beyond my expectation of resolution. We very much appreciate the attention this matter was given and wanted senior management to know that the gentlemen who I dealt with was courteous, empathetic and most of all, professional and I wanted to say Thank You vey much. He is clearly an asset and an advocate for your business.

We were long time service customers as we own 2 Honda vehicles. We brought one in for service on 9/25. Part of that service was tire rotation. My husband marked the tires so he could confirm the service was completed. When they brought the car to him, he noticed the tires were not rotated. He told your service manager, who said he would check. He came back and told him it was completed. It was obviously not completed and nothing my husband said convinced him otherwise. My husband reluctantly paid the bill. We consider this to be beyond bad service, we consider this both a safety issue and a fraud issue and feel you and your management team should be aware.
