This morning Jan 31, I went to your dealership for service as a
result of my Civic starting to make a strange niose on saturday afernoon.
When I called them, they said they had an opening on Sunday which I thought
was absolutely faantastic.
Upon arrival I was treated very courteously by Adam in Service who promptly
logged me in and took my car in the service area.
I went to the lounge where I enjoyed using my computer and your guest
wireless network. Another plus.
Within 30 minutes, Adam came to me stating threy had found and corrected the
problem which was an errant rock that had bounced up by the driver side tire
and got stuck in a cavity near it.
He said no damage was done to my car which was good news.
The other good news was when he gave me the bill, or should I say when he
didn’t give me the bill. Ha! Ha!
My compliments to Herb Chambers and his staff!
I have always brought both my cars to Westborough Honda and this last trip
jusr reinforced why I go there.
Good job, Adam and the Service Technican who found the problem.
