I just wanted to follow up on a quality assurance call from Grace yesterday.  I had rated my salesperson, Julia, a “9″ out of 10, but she really deserves a 10   The whole buying experience was very pleasant, Julia did a great job answering all my questions and helping complete the transaction.  The dealership itself was a relaxed and low pressure environment and the information on its web site was very helpful and complete, it deserves a “10″, as well.  Thanks for everything -  Bruce
