Outstanding Sales and Service at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, Don – Norwood, MA

I purchased a 2010 F-150 from the Braintree Dealership. Right from
my first involvement( and since )with the Sales and Service Depts has been
outstanding. Recently I had problems with my Sync System. The Service Dept.
spent the time and manhours in resolving the issue. I have come to really
appreciate Sync and missed it when it was not available. I want to praise
Service Tech Jim Richards for his diagnostic skills in solving the problem.
I have not experience, for some time, the caliber of customer sevice that
this dealership provides. Sincerely, Don
