Dear Mr. Chambers,

My wife (Barbara) and I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from your dealership
in Burlington. I wanted to let you know that we have had one of the best
sales experiences ever! Our salesmen “Wayne Altavilla” made the transaction
a pleasant, minimum hassle experience. He was personable, accommodating, and
extremely knowledgeable. In short, an outstanding representative for your
organization. He is such a good salesmen that he was able to sell us a Q5
without us having an opportunity to conduct a test drive or even having our
car in inventory. Now that is some selling! I hope you appreciate Mr.
