We are writing this email in appreciation of what Bill Murphy has
done for us at the Audi dealership in Burlington. We have dealt with many
dealers in our lifetime – but no one has impressed us as much as Bill
Murphy. Most dealers are only nice to customers – until they make their sale
and get the paperwork signed. However, Bill stands apart from this in many
aspects.

We came into the Audi dealership thinking of buying a car. Within an hour -
we were sold on our Audi S4. Bill worked with us to get us the 2-year
certification and ensured that the car was given to us in top notch
condition. Even after he made the sale, he called us to ensure the car was
running fine and spoke to us like a true friend. He wasn’t just a
salesperson – he is remarkable.

Definitely, after dealing with Bill Murphy we will recommend your dealership
to our family and friends. Bill has outstanding customer service skills and
most importantly treats customers with honestly and respect, which we truly
appreciated from him.
