Dear Mr. Chambers,

I was sold upon my very first visit to Herb Chamber’s Infiniti in
Westborough; not only is the showroom beautiful, the staff was friendly
and
courteous.   Mr. Clyde Brown greeted me at the door and introduced me to
Mr.
Anthony Carlino who carefully and specifically explained the G37X to me.
I needed a comparison to my existing Acura TL (I have leased three other
TLs prior to).

Anthony gave me an overall examination and experience of the type of car
that he instinctively knew that would be the right ‘fit’ for me.
Additionally, he inspired me to take the car on a test drive and took his
time in explaining the features; safety, navigation system and comfort of
the G37X.

Anthony’s knowledge, professionalism and personality greatly assisted my
decision to leave Acura and enter into the Infiniti world.  Along with
Clyde and the GM, Mr. Pat Bradley….all showed supreme care and desire to
please
me and earn my business.  They all inspired me!!!    After few weeks of
owning my G37X I cannot begin to explain the the comfort, safe-feeling and
enjoyment I am having with my Infiniti!  The bonding time between me and
the vehicle was quick and exciting!  I love my G37X!  Most importantly,
the experience I received at the Westborough Dealership and the customer
service department was amazing!

Hi Herb
My Son Steve was interested in a Flex.  As a Chambers Fan, having bought a
Saab from you in Jan 2009 and most recently a Ford Focus in August 2010,
my first call was to Jason Arruda!  As in the purchased of the Focus,
Jason was terrific!  I helped my Son by working with Jason to locate a car
and then we all went to see him last Saturday.  We bought the Flex!  Jason
is an Asset to your company!  He is a great communicator, sincere,
straight forward and extremely helpful.  He listens and responds
accordingly.  When looking for our next car, assuming its a Ford, we will
be back to see Jason! Jason is a fine example of the kind of employee and
image you drive in advertising and promotions.

Good morning,
My husband and I just purchased a new Jeep Liberty through Seth Anderson
at your Danvers dealership.  Our experience was fantastic.  Here’s a
little history.

We began with a visit to a dealership near to us and then went on to Herb
Chambers.  Seth’s friendly and personable attitude drew us right it.  Seth
and George spent about 4 hours discussing our vehicle and financing
options
only to have us walk out the door.   Even though we were not 100% ready to
buy that evening both Seth and George remained professional, friendly and
understanding to our personal situation.  We went on to visit 4 other
dealerships and met with some very arrogant, high pressure people.  We
found no other dealership that could compare to the friendly service and
pricing that Herb Chambers had to offer.

Seth should be commended on his fantastic salesmanship, customer service,
and winning attitude.  Both Seth and George were a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Chambers, I wanted to take the time to say thank you to you
and to the Service Department at your Sudbury Land Rover Dealership.  I
purchased a Range Rover and brought it into your dealership for service
and after $10,000 in repairs it is running fantastic.  I know what you’re
thinking– why would I be thanking you for doing $10K in repairs.  Well,
as painful as it has been and certainly unbudgeted for, your team did all
they could to keep the costs reasonable and took care of me and my family
by keeping me informed and doing quality work.  This has to be a true
testament to their professionalism and my confidence in them.  When I
spoke with Cory McClanahan, the service manager there, my comment to him
was that my only leverage through this process was my trust in him.  He
never let me down.
My truck is running well and my family has a safe vehicle to get through
the rest of the winter.  Cory and his team are a credit to the automobile
service field and to your organization.  I would not hesitate to do
business with him or to refer friends to you for future car purchases or
repairs.

Hi Herb

We went yesterday morning to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn to
purchase a vehicle.  We had been test driving Odyssey’s and Sienna’s for 2
days and we decided on the Sienna. We found the Sienna we wanted in the
Auburn inventory and knew the price we wanted to pay.  My husband went in
with a specific number, and was met with excellent customer care and
satisfaction.  We were met with a competitive price and great service, and
you once again earned out business. We went back together that night, did
the paperwork, and drove our new Sienna home.  Elmer Voisine was our sales
representative and he was excellent.  He was personable and highly
professional.  Our financial person was Imad, and he also took his time
with us and was excellent.  I will be bringing my van it next week to
change the registration and also to have the DVD installed and I was
informed that I would get a loaner car while my vehicle was being
serviced. This is the expectation that I have for excellent service when
buying, and I have to say that you met. Since we wanted to buy a vehicle
from you, and knew our price we wanted to pay, we cut out the some of the
“back and forth” that happens with car shopping. Thank you again for
another wonderful purchase.

First I would like to say that the salesman Biola of the Boston
dealership was excellent! He was caring, patient, informative and
thorough. It was if a good friend was selling you the car. He made me feel
relaxed and this was important because I was prepared to walk out if I
felt any pressure in any way. This is becuase I’ve been buying cars for
over 30years and I was tired of the high pressure tactics. I was
determined to get what I wanted not what the salesperson wanted me to get.
I must have asked about or tried every vehicle in the showroom.LOL but
Biola was so patient throughout the visit.

Since my purchase I have been getting a lot of good comments on how nice
and comfortable my new Rav4 is. Also it handles very well in the snow! I’m
thoroughly convinced I made the right choice!

Everyone who helped in the process from the negotiator to the finance
person was helpful. They all communicated very well together.

Today I received the checks for the cancelled warranties on my old
vehicle.  What a pleasant surprise.  In all my dealings with other car
sales persons/dealerships none has ever helped with that procedure as you
guys at Herb Chambers have done! You guys are top shelf and I will gladly
refer anyone who is buying a car to your dealership.

The good feeling I got with my buying experience has given me the
confidence that  you will do a good job in the maintainence/servicing of
my RAV4.
