In June we purchased a CTS wagon. Jim was your sales rep. In the two issues
which have come up since the purchase (non-vehicular in nature), Jim has
demonstrated his professionalism, attention, attitude and concern about your
customer that I have never experienced in 45 years of buying cars.

Your company should be proud of such demonstration of concern about customer
