Herb,

I am writing you to let you know about a great experience that I had with
your Honda of Westborough.  This past weekend, I visited with my wife’s
CRV for Service.  I was greeted by Tony Ngo with a smile and a hello.  We
proceeded to go through the items that I needed service on.  Tony was
professional and helpful.  He got me a ride home so that I didn’t have to
wait in the lobby while the vehicle was serviced.  He made sure that I was
updated on the status of our car and when it was ready, he had someone
pick me up.  Tony made sure the car was clean and washed.  When I got
there to pay, the car was ready to go.  Not only will I continue to use
Herb Chambers for new car purchases and for maintenance, but I will be
returning because of Tony’s great service and support.  Please make sure
that Tony is recognized for his work.

I just finished my follow up survery for JD Powers.  The follow
up was occasioned by a few ratings of 10 on my initial survey submission.
Let me be clear, that although my LR4 is a superb vehicle, the 10 ratings
were prompted solely by Roy Hildreth (service manager), Mike Flemming
(sales) and Kevin Ryan (service asssociate).  I would seriously consider
going elsewhere should they leave the dealership.  You are fortunate to
have such outstanding people who take pride in their work.

Excellent Professional Service at Herb Chambers Dodge Danvers

I am writing to express my sincerest appreciation and respect for David Wilson – Red Team Manager in Service at Herb Chambers Dodge in Danvers.
On Monday Jan 24 my 2007 Dodge Charger began to overheat in the bitter cold.  It was driven into the dealership and Dave and his team took charge, diagnosed the issue, communicated the info to me in a clear and concise way(for a woman who knows nil about cars!) and corrected the issue to my utter satisfaction.  Great job and best service I have received anywhere in a long time.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the service experiences I
have had with Audi of Burlington over the last year.  When I first started
servicing my car with this dealership there were some rough patches but
these days it is nothing but smooth sailing!  Matt Sullivan has worked
tirelessly to ensure that every service experience is a good one, and when
the early ones were not perfect he listened to the issues and set out to
correct any problems.  Matt is available to help whenever I need him, and he
has set me up with a very knowledgeable service advisor in Jim Parolisi.  I
want to particularly thank Matt for arranging for me to have a loaner car
back in early December – when I brought my wagon in for a minor service
issue, the team discovered a larger problem, and unfortunately my MMI system
decided to stop working as a result of this.  Matt and Jim made sure I left
the dealership with a fully working loaner car that I was able to use to
safely transport my son around the area for the entire time it took to get
the new MMI system installed.  I feel like the service team at your
dealership actually cares about me and my car, and they are constantly
striving to keep my car working perfectly and to keep any disturbances
necessitated by repairs to a minimum.  It is because of Matt’s hard work to
keep me happy over this past year that I chose to work with Audi of
Burlington to purchase my new A6 Avant.

To whom it may concern,

I often have wonderful service at Herb Chambers in Burlington and I have had the fortune of having
Phillip help me on numerous occasion.  He is an asset to your company due to his friendly personality,
straight forward attitude and the ability to make the customer comfortable.  I had an oil change done to
my Accord yesterday and it was discovered that I needed my rear brakes changed.  Phillip explained this
to me and I was comfortable with his explanation.  He also checked in with me after this if I wanted my
car vacuumed because he knew that I had my toddler daughter with me and I wanted to leave as soon as
possible.  And of course, I wanted me car vacuumed!
Phillip is a wonderful employee and I look forward to seeing him in the future as I am a loyal Honda
driver.

I sent the attached note to Rick Osgood regarding a recent visit to your Honda Service Departement in
Westboro. In the last two years I have purchased two Hondas and an Infinty for your Dealerships and this
is is a illustration as to why I do business with your team of professionals.

I wanted to thank you for the attention you gave me on my visit to the dealership this week. My daughter
has a 2009 Civic and had a loud squealing noise in the right front that became louder on acceleration.
You quickly accessed the problem and determined that it was a rock that had made its way into the brakes
and that it had corrected itself. Furthermore, you drove my car and  offerd me a carwash and assurance
that it was safe for her to drive. All of this and you did not even bring it into the shop.
