Hi Herb,
I wanted to share my recent experience @ your Danvers Cadillac
Dealership. Let me start by saying I am extremely happy about my recent
purchase of the 2011 Chevy Cruz.  From the moment I walked into the
dealership I was extremely impressed with the appearance of the showroom
and the immediate attention I received from the sales staff.  Sal Merullo
had worked with me in the past and as usual is very accomdating and a
pleasure to deal with.  He has an impeccable appearance and personality.
Always a pleasure to deal with him.  I also wanted to mention John Scola
who went above and beyond in making this transaction as easy as possible
for me.  His expertise and knowledge of the industry are also impeccable.
And of course Bobby Haddad sales associate quite a nice addition to the
team there. Very personable and knowledgeable and eager to help. As you
can see from my letter that my experience at this dealership was nothing
but OUTSTANDING and will refer anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle
to go there.  Also wanted to add you do a great job with your tv
commercials.

I and my wife recently visited your dealership, located at 32
Brighton Ave., Boston Ma 02134, and leased a new Toyota Camry.

My salesman was Ryan McDonnell. I must tell you that he made us feel so
comfortable from beginning to end. He is very professional and has a vast
product knowledge. He answered all of our questions and then some. It was
a real pleasure to deal with him.

I was simply out shopping for a possible purchase of my 5th Jeep Grand Cherokee. All of the first 4 previously purchased at another dealership from the same salesman. I meet Francesca Blansett who put me into the car of my dreams. She was friendly, professional, knowledgable and a wonderful sales person. I loved her immediately. Hi…my company purchased my vehicle at the Westborough dealership.
The purchase process was great, and I have had very good luck with the truck. I was given my first oil change,and it was done in a timly manor and my truck was washed and vacuumed which was outstanding.
My reason for writing is the experience I had a your body shop. My estimate was written by Marty Gelerman…he was very helpful,explained everything to me and had the truck looking like new right when he promised me! Marty was a pleasure to work with.
I was out of town on the day I was supposed to pick up the truck and I was not going to be back in time before you closed for the evening. Alicia (sorry I do not have her last name) made arrangements to take my payment information over the phone and left the key inside the truck for me so I could pick it up later in the evening.
I have heard your radio commercials about being a customer focused dealership…these two people are great ambassador’s for your company.

A couple of days ago, I purchased a new Audi A4 at your Burlington dealership. I must admit that I am not the one to enjoy the process of purchasing a car; however, your sales personnel has made the experience easy and enjoyable for me. Especially Adnan Sehovic, who displayed the highest level of professionalism and respect for a customer. I have not seen that in a long time. That was really impressive. Dear Mr. Chambers,

I was sold upon my very first visit to Herb Chamber’s Infiniti in
Westborough; not only is the showroom beautiful, the staff was friendly
and
courteous.   Mr. Clyde Brown greeted me at the door and introduced me to
Mr.
Anthony Carlino who carefully and specifically explained the G37X to me.
I needed a comparison to my existing Acura TL (I have leased three other
TLs prior to).

Anthony gave me an overall examination and experience of the type of car
that he instinctively knew that would be the right ‘fit’ for me.
Additionally, he inspired me to take the car on a test drive and took his
time in explaining the features; safety, navigation system and comfort of
the G37X.

Anthony’s knowledge, professionalism and personality greatly assisted my
decision to leave Acura and enter into the Infiniti world.  Along with
Clyde and the GM, Mr. Pat Bradley….all showed supreme care and desire to
please
me and earn my business.  They all inspired me!!!    After few weeks of
owning my G37X I cannot begin to explain the the comfort, safe-feeling and
enjoyment I am having with my Infiniti!  The bonding time between me and
the vehicle was quick and exciting!  I love my G37X!  Most importantly,
the experience I received at the Westborough Dealership and the customer
service department was amazing!

Hi Herb
My Son Steve was interested in a Flex.  As a Chambers Fan, having bought a
Saab from you in Jan 2009 and most recently a Ford Focus in August 2010,
my first call was to Jason Arruda!  As in the purchased of the Focus,
Jason was terrific!  I helped my Son by working with Jason to locate a car
and then we all went to see him last Saturday.  We bought the Flex!  Jason
is an Asset to your company!  He is a great communicator, sincere,
straight forward and extremely helpful.  He listens and responds
accordingly.  When looking for our next car, assuming its a Ford, we will
be back to see Jason! Jason is a fine example of the kind of employee and
image you drive in advertising and promotions.

Good morning,
My husband and I just purchased a new Jeep Liberty through Seth Anderson
at your Danvers dealership.  Our experience was fantastic.  Here’s a
little history.

We began with a visit to a dealership near to us and then went on to Herb
Chambers.  Seth’s friendly and personable attitude drew us right it.  Seth
and George spent about 4 hours discussing our vehicle and financing
options
only to have us walk out the door.   Even though we were not 100% ready to
buy that evening both Seth and George remained professional, friendly and
understanding to our personal situation.  We went on to visit 4 other
dealerships and met with some very arrogant, high pressure people.  We
found no other dealership that could compare to the friendly service and
pricing that Herb Chambers had to offer.

Seth should be commended on his fantastic salesmanship, customer service,
and winning attitude.  Both Seth and George were a pleasure to work with.
