Excellent Assistance at Mercedes-Benz of Natick – Orlene – Natick, MA

I am totally thrilled with my new-to-me 2006 C280 Mercedes Benz.
And this is thanks to the excellent assistance of Mr Steve Boston.  From start to finish, his services were thorough, patient, and exhibited true expertise about this car and the accompanying warrantee.  Also, the delivery service was outstanding- including telling me about my wonderful “Right Whale” or other possible licenses, taking care of insurance, registration, and even delivering the car to my door. And he has promptly followed up on questions after the sale.

I was very hesitant to part with my loyal and reliable 1994 C280, but Steve was calmly reassuring, and after the old one started showing expensive signs of age (and 205K miles), I found Steve was absolutely right.  I am, indeed, safer on slippery roads,loving the new sound system and other features, terrifically comfortable, and with the warrantee, worry-free.

Living up to the “Herb” Experience at Herb Chambers Mercedes-Benz of Natick – Maureen – Dunstable, MA

Dear Herb,
It has been a few months since I purchased a fourth car from a Herb Chambers dealership, and it seemed about time to send a note to you. The first ‘Herb’ experience was with James Bulger, with whom we ultimately purchased three vehicles when he was selling at your Honda dealership and pleased to see he is now general manager at your Infiniti. As he was so fabulous, when I decided to buy a Mercedes-Benz, it seemed logical to try ‘Herb’ again and it turned out to be another great experience.

After visits to all three of your Mercedes dealerships, the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Natick won me over almost immediately. There is a positive energy here that pervades the entire dealership, from the salesmen to management, finance and service.  The atmosphere was congenial, respectful and attention to detail never waivered. Having revisited the dealership over the past few months, it has given me the opportunity to see this is a constant.  Kudos to pulling this off amongst the dust and interruption of building renovations, showing it truly is the people who make the experience.

I also work in a commission based sales business and was thoroughly impressed with the teamwork
and cooperativeness between the salesmen in an otherwise individual business. Throughout the transaction not only did my salesman work with me but every level of management checked in to make sure I was happy. I was always greeted by name, the door was always opened for me and everyone seems to be smiling there. The entire process was professional, seamless and first class all the way.

For me the purchase of my car doesn’t end with the paperwork. It more importantly includes the years to come of service visits and if these people seem to enjoy working together so much, that’s where I want to spend my time. Thanks, Herb, and keep doing what you’re doing. Management is doing something right in Natick, because if there was ever a business model to copy this group of people is it!

I purchased a CPO vehicle with Robert Hampton, Financed with Jamie McCracken , asked far too many questions of Wagnar Rosa  in service and George Warnock, General Sales Manager, both who patiently and happily answered every one and in no small part the biggest credit must be given to CPO Sales Manager Aidan Power, whose integrity, sincerity, constant follow up and product knowledge made this transaction the best vehicle purchase situation for me. His exceptional rapport with fellow management, sales staff and service is outstanding. Clearly he is an invaluable asset to your organization.

Confident in My Choice at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk – Judith – Barrington, RI

Dear Mr. Chambers,

On March 22, 2011 I went to your Seekonk dealership to (perhaps)
purchase a Honda Fit Sport.  I was introduced to our sales consultant,
Mohamed Hussein.  He shook my hand firmly and told me he would gladly help
me.  I brought my “significant other, Steve” with me to help me, since I am
a novice car buyer, even though I have had several cars in my 58 years.

Mr. Hussein was wonderful.  He answered EVERYONE of my questions, with
patience and kindness, plus with great knowledge of the Honda Fit.  The test
drive went smoothly, with Mohamed in the backseat, again, being very much
aware of the ins and outs of the Fit.

The negotiations:  Well, this was certainly not my forte, so Steve took
over for me, as I watched the news on your big screen TV.  When I returned
both myself and Mr. Hussein agreed on a price that I had previously talked
over with Steve. I was a Honda Fit owner!!!

Bottom line, after five days days, I love my Honda Fit Sport.  It is fun
and zippy.  Mr. Hussein was an excellent sales consultant.  I cannot say
enough good things about him.  I left the dealership feeling confident that
I made the right choice…getting a Honda Fit, purchasing it at Herb
Chambers, Seekonk, and having the best sales consultant.

I recently have purchsed a certified prewoned C Class from your
Natick dealership and I would have to say that my expereince was beyond
exceptional. This was was first car ever that I purchased and I could not
thank my sale person enough. JC Cabanos was very helpful from helping me
through my financial application to the delivery of my car. JC went above
and beyond accomodating all my questions and calming my apprehensions
considering this was my first experience to go through purchasing a car.

Most Amazing Experience I’ve Ever Had Buying a Car at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk – Timothy – Pawtucket, RI

This is the most amazing experience I have ever had at a car
dealership. For eight months I have been looking to purchase a used car at
my price range (from 5000 – 10000) and in the model I wanted (Honda Civic
between 2002-2010). I’ve been constantly disappointed by hack dealers who
constantly told me my price range was unrealistic, and that the car I wanted
to get wouldn’t be available through a dealership. That changed when I met
Mehdi Barkouchi at Herb Chambers in Seekonk. He was the first person to tell
me, “I don’t think we have a car in that price range, but let’s go look for
you.”

I found the exact car I wanted almost by accident, a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid
with 70K miles for the price I wanted, 9970 (195 a month). He was the first
dealer who told me I could drive it to my mechanic (with him in the car of
course) and he did everything to make my mom feel at ease. His easy manner
and honesty changed my opinion from no, I won’t buy the first car I see
today, to “Yes, I think I finally have the fit that makes me happy.”

He was calm and patient (I got a really bad call about a friend who was in a
car accident as I was at the dealership) and didn’t push me to move faster
to complete the sale. I left satisfied with the car I wanted. When I needed
to pick up, the coordinator Matt was very friendly and adjusted his schedule
to accommodate me coming in early. He then reinforced my decision to buy by
taking the time to tell me the right oil for the car and what made it
special.

A week later my O2 censor blew, and I was pretty pissed off. All that good
karma suddenly stopped by a massive bill to a car I just bought? Well
thankfully Scott Brittles kept the feel good train moving forward. He talked
with the mechanic Tim (who was extremely helpful in explaining the situation
to me and patient as well in helping to go over what the repairs entailed)
and got the bill adjusted as under warranty (the part apparently is 10
years, 50000), removing the deductible and keeping me from paying
unnecessarily.

In a week time you guys have gotten a customer for life. My sister is in the
process of replacing her Jetta, and you better believe she has Medhi’s card
and the full story of my experience here. My brother’s 97 Accord hit 250,000
miles a week ago, and you better believe he is getting the same.

Your crew here is fantastic, I have been working retail for 5 years and am
stunned by how positive, helpful and happy everyone who works here seems to
be. You have my sincere thanks for everything you guys and girls have done
for us customers, I only hope I can return the favor in a few years when
it’s time for me to get my next car. :)

Taissir Maliki is a steadfast and conscientious salesman who is enthusiastic and energetic.  He impressed us as a well integrated person who has brought to the Mercedes Dealerhip a sincerity and intensity of knowledge as a specialist and advisor.  Maliki was friendly, polite and well organized.  His determination and loyalty was highly appreciated.  He has an excellent, confident attitude and it was a pleasure having worked with him as he went over all the details in buying our Mercedes.
