<p>I brought my Avalon to HCT of Auburn to get a headlight. Martin Dodd met  me at the door and assisted me right away with professionalism. Even though the part was not in that day, be assurred me it would come into his shop by early the next day. Martin called me at home to keep me posted and set up an immediate appointment for me. The service repair took less than one hour which was great. Now that I have experienced service at HCT of Auburn, I would not go anywhere else and this was all because of Martin Dodd. His business card says he is the Assistant Service Manager but in my opinion, he should be promoted to Service Manager. Thanks Martin for great experience as the service was EXCELLENT! </p>

<p>I purchased a New 2008 F150 in April of 08 from the Braintree<br />
dealership.  A couple of weeks a go I was having lunch in Braintree and this<br />
guy comes up to me and asks, &#8220;Is that your 150? and did I sell it to you?&#8221;<br />
He did not, but he did  remember the guy who did sell it to me. There was a<br />
snow storm coming and I was asking questions about putting a snow plow on<br />
the 150.  Your two &#8220;Ford&#8221; guys took the time to answer my questions, during<br />
what I am assuming, was their lunch break.  I thought that was very nice,<br />
they were extremely knowledgable.  I will wait until the factory warranty is<br />
up until I put the plow on.  Thanks</p>

<p>I&#8217;m ashamed to say that I never really take the time to write letters when I have good service, but after I saw this link on WBUR, I decided to write.<br />
I have owned 3 Toyotas in the last 3 years, and have loved each of them. Part of what makes me so happy with them is the service that I receive at the Herb Chambers Toyota dealership in Boston.<br />
Every person that I have ever dealt with in the service department has been very nice (great receptionists!), but I have to say that Eva Houde is really a star. She exemplifies what excellent service is all about. Even though I know from watching her work that she is very busy, she treats you like you are her only customer. She always remembers my name, asks about my kids- it&#8217;s remarkable in this day and age.<br />
And equally important, she really pays attention to my car, calls as soon as the technicians report to her about what they&#8217;ve found, and keeps me informed every step of the way. Also, recently she went above and beyond in helping me get an extended warranty transferred over to my name, and I hadn&#8217;t even bought the car from you (sorry about that).<br />
You are very lucky to have an employee like Eva Houde!<br />

successful.  We spent many minutes both over the phone and in person trying<br />
to figure out this fancy-shmancy bike rack.  It was actually a rather fun<br />
puzzle, in which Richard was fully immersed.  He   spent a lot of time and<br />
effort making it work out to my satisfaction.  His crew, several of whom I<br />
met, were also engaged in the project and I enjoyed my interaction with them<br />
as well.</p>
<p>Customer service in general has been excellent.</p>

from any car dealership is an understatement.    Paul McDermott and Terry<br />
McCormack treated me as if I was their most important customer.  My<br />
daughter&#8217;s car, a 1996 Infiniti, was brought into the Westborough dealership<br />
for repairs.  A part needed to be ordered, so the car was not ready when<br />
expected.  I was given an Infiniti G37 as a loaner car in place of her 1996<br />
Infiniti.  I couldn&#8217;t believe it!  I was hoping they would have trouble<br />
repairing her car so I could keep your car longer which, of course, did not<br />
happen.  Her car was ready on time and at the repair cost that was quoted to<br />
us. If I could afford to buy a G37, I certainly would.  The car was amazing.<br />
I&#8217;ve told all my friends, family and co-workers that your Westborough<br />
dealership is truly one of a kind as is the G37.  </p>
