I have bought several cars during the last 60 years and had even recently some poor experiences.
My dealings with Scott Sundlie, Manager of H.C. KIA in Burlington MA were superbly professional and enjoyable, culminating in the sale of a KIA Soul.
I was willing to pay $500 more tha the amount quoted by your competition sensing high integrity and courtesy for service.

I will not hesitate to recommend Scott and this dealership to my wide circle of professional friends._

my wife and i just purchased two hondas from your seekonk location,
a 2010 civic ex and a crv ex.  i would like to thank the staff for a
courteous friendly efficient buying experience.  we have purchased seven
honda over the years but since 2008 this our forth.  a special thanks to
maged aboudib our sales rep for always keeping in contact with us, being
friendly, and not putting pressure on us to make a decision.  i  talked
numerous times with maged for we were  unsure about what we wanted. he was
patient and my wife and i agreed on the civic and crv and  are both very
pleased with our decision and very pleased with herb chambers dealership.

Dear Mr. Chambers,
 My wife and I recently had a desire to buy another car.  We knew right
away that we had to contact Anthony Carlino at you’re Westborogh Infinity
dealership.  We had previously purchased an awesome Acura RSX from him last
year.  Anthony immediately got back to us with a great deal.  We drove down
from Tyngsboro to see him and although the car wasn’t for us it was still
great to reconnect with Anthony. We described the vehicle we wanted to him
after going for a test drive and now have him looking out for us.
 I have been to dozens of dealerships in the past, but now my wife and I
refuse to go anywhere else.  Even though we make a good living we definitely
don’t dress the part and we look like a couple of teenagers.  That has never
been an issue with your Westborough Infinity staff.  In fact, now we say to
everyone “We have people.”  This is simply because we know for a fact that
we won’t get a better deal from anyone else.  We won’t get the kind of
respect and sense of friendship anywhere else.  Anthony, Paul and James are
our people, and we recommend them to everyone regardless of what kind of car
they’re looking for.  They do you great justice and I still can’t believe I
am saying all this about a car dealership.  I really can’t say enough
though.

A great thanks for Anthony Carlino, Paul Martineau, and James Teague…Our
people.
And thanks Herb for making a normally tedious task into a delightful
experience.  I think if we lived closer we’d probably stop by just to say hi
to everyone.

I met with a sales associate by the name of daniel garney. Was very
personable, knew a lot about the product. Now i did not come in to buy at
all and he didnt know that, and he not was pushing me and treated me like
royalty. I couldnt have been more please with him and herb chambers. I know
that when i am ready to buy i woul ddefinately buy from him.

I recently bought my second car from one of your car dealerships
and I just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you that I had another
perfect experience. The first was an Infiniti in Brighton and now a Ford
Transit Connect in Braintree. Jeff Magnet, the sales rep was great. He could
actaually handle a difficult customer like me and still keep his good
nature. Amazing!
I am looking for more Transits for work and will also check out the new
Taurus for myself.
