Very Pleased With Service at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, Tina – Webster, MA

I had a tire bust on my RAV4. I called for an appointment and was
very pleased they fit me in so quickly to replace the tire (and an oil
change).  I had paid for tire coverage.  They did not see me as having the
tire coverage, so it took for me to dig out my paperwork when I leased the
RAV so I could show them that I did.  (I guess the tire coverage place
changed names or something).
I just wanted to say that despite this initial snag, everyone was very, VERY
helpful, from the finance manager (I belive it was Steve or Scott) on down.
But most helpful of all was Jessica Cantwel in service.  She went above and
beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, calling me several times and
letting me know how things were being done.  I have bought two corollas, two
rav4s, an echo and probably more that I cant remember from this particular
dealer, so i appreciate the extra effort.  Thank you.

Delightful experience at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon – Maureen – Raynham, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,
I recently bought a preowned Lexus at your dealership in Sharon. I just
wanted to let you know what a delightful experience it was! Dave Richman was
our sales person. He was very patient with us…. he spent many hours taking
us on test drives, and answering all our questions. We did not buy a car on
our first visit. There was no pressure.
When we returned (a few months later!) He remembered us, and he was just as
patient with us. During our visits, everyone who worked there was most
welcoming and cordial. When we finally decided on our car, everything went
quite smoothly. Dave went over everything with us, as did the young man in
the finance department.
When we picked up the car, it was perfect. Dave took even more time going
over all the “tricks” of the car. I can honestly say that I love driving my
Lexus!
I’ve bought a few cars in my life time, and this was the first time I
thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Your dealership in Sharon is one to be
very proud of! I thought you should know!

I had a GREAT experience shopping for my 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. I
received nothing but, prompt, courteous, and efficient service. I will
recommend Herb Chambers to everyone. And a big Thank You to Nick Nazzaro
-Sales Rep., Emilio Locilento -Preowned Manager, and Jason Bradley -Finance
Manager for taking their time in working the BEST deal.
Also, the tickets to the Auto Show in Boston was a great gift that my son

  My wife and I bought an Equinox last week from your Danvers Chevrolet
location and wanted you to know what a positive shopping experience it was
for us.  Every staff member we met or worked with was professional,
articulate, and cordial. They made us feel that you were good people who
genuinely put our satisfaction as priority number one.
 We were particulary impressed with our salesman Kevin Fitzpatrick.  No
slick caricature car-salesman hype—just a warm, reassuring guide who
walked us through the buying process and treating us more like a partner
than a client.  Hats off too to Jon Chiavelli who also steered us through
the financial end of the deal with grace, good humor, and expertise.
    We are GM loyalists and have bought elsewhere in the past, but we shall
certainly not hesitate to return to your dealership.

Our Salesman, Jose E. Carrasquillo was knowledgeable, respectful.
honest and very personable.  In no way did he engage in the obnoxious “Hard
Sell”.

Lascelles Mackenzie, the Financial Officer, could not have been more
accommodating and pleasant.

We would never buy a car from any other dealer than Herb Chambers Honda.

Mr. Chambers, I am writing to tell you that we just purchased our
fourth Honda, a result of the excellent customer service and the courteous,
respectful treatment that we have experienced at your Burlington facility
over the years.  We have been proud to refer many friends who have been
shown the same level of service.  Josh was our salesperson 3 years ago and
this time was very efficient at handling our loan closing and put his
personal touch on the transaction, as he always does.  Sergio was our
salesperson this time and just couldn’t be more knowledgeable, helpful and
personable.  Both Josh and Sergio are assets to your company and staff like
this goes a long way in preserving clients and in generating referral
business.  We are always happy to refer business based on the way we have

Great Staff at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough – Lorraine – Westborough, MA

My  husband and I were looking for a vehicle for my husband. He
thought he wanted a Toyota Tacoma Pickup. So we were looking at area Toyota
dealerships. I suggested we go to your dealership, which is where I
purchased my 2007Honda Pilot (which by the way, I love it).
We arrive there and we were greeted by Andrew Bellamy, very nice young man.
We looked at the 2009 Honda Ridgelines available, and decided to test drive
one. My husband loved it.  Andrew was great, he answered all our questions
regarding the vehicle, and when it came time to make a financial decision he
was really able to work with us and our idea of how much we wanted to pay.
He actually made purchasing this vehicle a comfortable experience, and we
had fun doing it.
The finance person that we saw was also great, he took us through the
finance part, explained other finance programs in debt and helped us
understand the options that we had available to us.
Will I buy at Herb Chambers again, probably you have a great staff.

Certified BMW sale at Foreign Motors West – Abi – Mt.Laurel, NJ

Dear Sir,
I purchased my first BMW on 1997 at dealership in Natick and i was so
satisfied that couple of months ago i came from NJ (i used to live in
Randolph) to purchase a CPO car. Sales man Jimmy K and accountant Dan
Stanley made this purchase an easy transaction and were so helpful and
careing.
Since i have been at your dealership i assumed all dealership are the same
and did i make a mistake. The dealership in NJ DiSimmone is not even close
to your dealership. They are not happy that i bought my car from Natick .
When i purcahsed my car Dan told me to purcahse wheel and tire coverage and
i did. Few days ago i had a nail in my tire and Dan saved me $500 by having
the coverage. Today i had to get my BMW ASSIST activated and they told me i
have to take my car to BOSTON to activate it?? I called Jimmy K and Dan
today and told them about what has happened. Jimmy K called them and they
are activating it in here.
I would like to let you know that this two gentleman have been helping me
and i am thankful to them. By the way i found out the day that i picked up
my car It was jimmy’s day off but he showed up on Thursday to take care of
me anyway.

Please let them know or forward this Email to them that i appreciate their
help and they should be commented for their services. My car is very sharp
and get compliment about it at all times, you have one loyal customer.

New Saab purchase at Herb Chambers Saab – Karen, Boston

A quick note to say what a pleasure it was to work with Jason O’Brien and his staff to purchase my new Saab. For Scott DeCastro, it was his first deal, so he was assisted by Alex Gathii. Normally, I would consider being subjected to new employee training an inconvenience, but that was not the case. Everyone, from the receptionists to Justin the finance guy to the random people who were involved (including the guy from service who had to move my car a million times because I parked it in a BMW space) was gracious and courteous and helpful. I was reluctant to buy a car from a mega-dealer, but the people at HC Saab completely changed my thinking.

HI,
I bought a used vw from Barry @ your Boston, Com Ave location two weeks ago
and I’m writing to let you know that both Barry and Kevin the sales manager
were great. We needed a 4th car for our teens to drive for just the next
year and a half (before college) and I had gone in to test drive a civic
thinking we’d lease. I told Barry my budget and they had just got a
beautiful, low mileage vw Cabrio in. It’s perfect for our needs and because
the service was so great I’ll definitely purchase my next vehicle from Herb
Chambers. King made the paperwork easy and all in all I can’t tell you how
nice it was to buy from a dealership where everyone was so laid back.
