We went yesterday morning to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn to
purchase a vehicle.  We had been test driving Odyssey’s and Sienna’s for 2
days and we decided on the Sienna. We found the Sienna we wanted in the
Auburn inventory and knew the price we wanted to pay.  My husband went in
with a specific number, and was met with excellent customer care and
satisfaction.  We were met with a competitive price and great service, and
you once again earned out business. We went back together that night, did
the paperwork, and drove our new Sienna home.  Elmer Voisine was our sales
representative and he was excellent.  He was personable and highly
professional.  Our financial person was Imad, and he also took his time
with us and was excellent.  I will be bringing my van it next week to
change the registration and also to have the DVD installed and I was
informed that I would get a loaner car while my vehicle was being
serviced. This is the expectation that I have for excellent service when
buying, and I have to say that you met. Since we wanted to buy a vehicle
from you, and knew our price we wanted to pay, we cut out the some of the
“back and forth” that happens with car shopping. Thank you again for
another wonderful purchase.

First I would like to say that the salesman Biola of the Boston
dealership was excellent! He was caring, patient, informative and
thorough. It was if a good friend was selling you the car. He made me feel
relaxed and this was important because I was prepared to walk out if I
felt any pressure in any way. This is becuase I’ve been buying cars for
over 30years and I was tired of the high pressure tactics. I was
determined to get what I wanted not what the salesperson wanted me to get.
I must have asked about or tried every vehicle in the showroom.LOL but
Biola was so patient throughout the visit.

Since my purchase I have been getting a lot of good comments on how nice
and comfortable my new Rav4 is. Also it handles very well in the snow! I’m
thoroughly convinced I made the right choice!

Everyone who helped in the process from the negotiator to the finance
person was helpful. They all communicated very well together.

Today I received the checks for the cancelled warranties on my old
vehicle.  What a pleasant surprise.  In all my dealings with other car
sales persons/dealerships none has ever helped with that procedure as you
guys at Herb Chambers have done! You guys are top shelf and I will gladly
refer anyone who is buying a car to your dealership.

The good feeling I got with my buying experience has given me the
confidence that  you will do a good job in the maintainence/servicing of
my RAV4.

Amazing service at Herb Chambers Flagship Motorcars – Charlie – Swampscott, MA

Three folks at Flagship amazed me with their service.  They did
more than was required.  I thought you would like to hear about this
directly from your customer.

Situations that build relationships often start with a problem.  In this
case, the problem was that I wanted to purchase an Eclass Mercedes diesel
and twice Flagship told me they could not sell me this car because they
understood such sale would be illegal.

Making a long story, short:

?       My salesperson, Kristin Knight, maintained communication with me
for
3 weeks and, during this time, got this situation escalated to Mercedes
for resolution.  It would have been easy for Kristin to stop working this
issue and rely on misinformation.  She didn?t stop.

?       I called Flagship to speak with Kristin, but she was unavailable.
Frank Tsaousis, a sales manager, took my call instead.  In two hours,
Frank located a car and negotiated a price.  I purchased from Flagship the
same
day.   I was in process of purchasing the diesel from another dealer and
likely would have done so but for Frank?s personal involvement.

?       Mark Bertoli, from finance, got my plates transferred in just a
few
business hours.  I had privately sold my car at noon on Friday and when I
came to Flagship to pick up my new car later in the day, all stickers,
registration documents, etc. were ready.  Amazing to get this done in four
hours; and even more amazing given the major snow storm that had just
ended and how many things everyone had to do to.

Kristin, Frank & Mark did more than was required to keep me a Flagship
customer and to sell/deliver cars.

I want to take the time to say how much of a wonderful experience I had working with Steve Del Grosso in Sales, and Norm Giguere in Finance, in buying my 2011 Ford Focus.

Being a Boston Resident and working at Whole Foods Market for the last 14 years, anyone of the many people I know that are looking for a Ford to go see those guys at the Westboro Ford Dealership.

Dear Herb:
I am glad to say that I am now a proud member of the Chambers family of car owners. I have to confess that I thought the experience of buying a car was similar to going to the dentist, necessary but painful. I now tell everyone about how wonderful it was buying a new car from one of your dealerships. I know this sounds like a commercial, (which I would be glad to volunteer to be in). It really was a great experience. Starting with Neal Bocian, who directed me who to talk to, Dan Bortolussi, the GM who was quick and responsive, Matt Newhouse, the Finance Director, who was pleasant and professional, Dan Garney, the sales consultant, who took all the time to explain every detail of the vehicle to me.  Everyone was great.
There were the big things, like offering the best price and my best trade in offer, finding the exact car I desired right away and getting it to the dealership. There were the small things, like filling the tank up with gas, offering me hot chocolate while I waited for the second wash after my test drive got the car a little dirty in the snow. Having a documentation fee lower than other dealers. Taking three forms of payment for the vehicle. These benefits, everyone being so friendly and helpful combined with the fact that I really love my new Hyundai Elantra has made the whole experience very pleasant and exciting.

I would just like to compliment James Briggs at your Sharon store for being an excellent representative
of your company. When we decided what we wanted, because we meet James a few months earlier, we just
contacted James and we did not go to another Lexis dealership to shop or compare. He handled our
transaction very professionally, delivered the car to our home, spent as much time as we needed going
over the how everything worked, set up our garage door openers and phones and told us to call him or stop
by if we needed additional help.

Jim is a really an excellent asset to your organization. I would also like to compliment Jackie in
Finance. Her personality, professionalism and follow up were excellent. She explained the various other
options and we purchased several both for our new car and a car we already owned.
