Another great experience at Herb Chambers Danvers!  I had written previously about my great buying experience with Bill Lee and John Puleo.
I’m writing today to give accolades to your Service Mgr., Bill Roust.  I had done some damage to my alloy wheels, but had fortunately, purchased the wheel insurance.  Bill had a difficult time finding someone to do the repairs, but he was determined to do so.  Bill kept in touch with me throughout the process and eventually was successful in finding someone to do the repairs.  The alloy wheels look like new and Bill could not have been more accomodating.

I just wanted to comment on the excellent customer service I received at your Saab dealership in Boston.  I worked with Jonathan Y. in sales and I belive John Rogers from the internet team.  Even though we couldnt work out a deal due to personal finance reasons I still received the best customer service possible.  My first 5 cars I purchased in the last 4 years were all from Boch Honda in Norwood and im planning on my next 5 to come from Herb Chambers!!! Good Afternoon Mr. Chambers,

I wanted to let you know about the extremely pleasant experience I had at your dealership in Boston, MA. I understand as a business owner that it is all to common that the only time we get calls is when there is an unsatisfied customer, occasionally when someone is happy and bother to let me know I am extremely grateful.

With that being said I have been to every dealership in the northeast looking for a new car. I have been in the unhealthy habit of buying cars every two years. I love cars!!!

Every dealership I dealt with some pushy sales person that made me feel like I was being taken for a ride and pushing me towards cars that I did not want. They also did not listen to what my needs were as far a payment and what I was looking for in a car.

At Herb Chambers BMW I met Mr. Nick Lagas. He was not only very attentive to my needs, but also extremely helpful in finding me an alternative that fit within my requirements when the exact model I was looking for was not available. Nick was patient, very informative, and never pushy.

I ended up buying my beautiful new car from Nick, and am very happy. Even after the sale was completed Nick took the time to make sure I knew how to operate the car and answered all the questions I had with regard to the car even the next day when I emailed him he got right back to me.

I would also like to mention the sales manager who’s name escapes me at this moment. He was also perfessional and courteous. He explained to my husband and I when we were trying to negotiate on the price of the car your business perspective, “to ensure that every person who walks in your store, that may not in the business of negotiating will get the same deal as someone who might be a better negotiator.” This seems fair and honorable of you and I appreciate it.

I would also like to mention the finance person I believe his name is Jade was also outstanding in explaining things to us and making sure we got the best deal in our situation.

All in all you have a great staff and your employees all deserve mention.
The Herb Chambers dealership made my car buying experience a very pleasant one.

I will be back in two years to buy my 7 series BMW from Nick.  You have yourself a loyal Herb Chambers buyer and I believe word of month is the best referral. I will mention Herb Chambers to all my friend’s and family who are looking for a car.

I am  riding in my fourth Lexus purchased from you. I just want to compliment you on the superb facility that you built on the hill in Sharon.
The treatment that I receive there matches the quality of the facility. I want to give special notice of the fantastic service that I receive from Holly Brugliera in the service department. Working with Sam Pellows during the purchase of my last two vehicles took the pain out of buying a new car.
He goes the extra mile! He even came to my home on his own time and helped to program the car garage door opener when I was having a problem.

This kind of treatment slides downhill as part of the culture that you have established.

Mr. Chambers, Earlier this Summer, on a late Friday afternoon, at the marina where I work someone said to me “that’s Herb Chambers”. Right away I shouted to you “hey I just bought a car from you”. You had every right to nod and walk on and go about your weekend plans, but you stopped in your tracks and smiled. You then came over and shook my hand, asked me what kind of car, and if everything went well with the sale. I just wanted to let you know that I was struck by your concern and professionalism and those ideals are reflected by your staff. Both Adnan Osman and Marcellus at your Mini dealership went a long way to insure that we will be back in the future.

I have to admit that I am a skeptic when it comes to any dealings with cars, which is why I am writing to you.  I just picked my car up this evening from routine service at Brighton/Allston Saab. The few times I have had my saab serviced there I walk away amazed at how kind your service staff is.
 
I have worked with Davit Petrosyan, Joe Rodinelli and Tanisha and they are terrific, professional, kind, helpful and NICE!! I can only assume that they are cared for as employees as they treat their customers.

Herb, I hope you actually have an opportunity to read this and personally thank Davit Petrosyan, Service Consultant, for representing your company so professionally. I have had some serious problems with my Saab 9-3, which I purchased at your Saab dealership in 2008. Davit arranged for rental and loaner vehicles for me during the three week period that I was without my car. Davit is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain the problems. He is customer focused. I will continue to go out of my way to have my Saab serviced at your dealership once the warranty expires due to Davit. I hope you have an employee recognition program so that Davit can stand out amoungst his peers for providing exceptional service to a customer.
