Went the Extra Mile at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Barry – Sharon, MA

Dear Herb.
I wanted to let you no thqat I drove into your dealership in sharon to get two wiper blades and drove out buying two pre owened lexus’s.I was really imppessef with our sales person  Staline Biosse, who we found to be a real genunine person , who really cared, and when wwe cam e in for delivery , w he rea;lly went the extra mile tp make the experience a wonderful one. He even personbnally painted the hitch that was moved from our old care to the new car, and made it look brand new. Both cars Lx460L and  RX 350h were inimmacculae condition, . I never felt this conformtable with a sales man and i’ve been buying Lexus for over 20 years. Aldo Charlie Saghbini, sales manager, and Paul Cunha, The general sales manager, were reeally great and went  the extra mile to make a deal. Seriosly, i only wanted two wiper blades that day.

Best Experience Ever at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston, Jason – Boston, MA

Today, I went to the dealership for a routine oil change and to fix 3-4 issues with the car. It was actually the best experience that I ever had for service at your dealership as well as other dealerships.

The service advisor, Erio Perez, was polite and very knowledgable about potential issues. He suggested that I should change the brakes even if it was not at your dealership to avoid damaging the rotors.

The mechanic, Beltron Oltron, was also very good. He was also polite and knowledgable. He sat in the car with me to diagnose the rattle that I was having. Even though I could not reproduce the rattle as loud as it usually is, never once did he say I could not hear it or that’s normal (as I heard this from other mechanics before).

I just wanted to leave some good words for the two of them. This was the best experience bringing in my car for service at any dealership.

my wife and i just purchased two hondas from your seekonk location,
a 2010 civic ex and a crv ex.  i would like to thank the staff for a
courteous friendly efficient buying experience.  we have purchased seven
honda over the years but since 2008 this our forth.  a special thanks to
maged aboudib our sales rep for always keeping in contact with us, being
friendly, and not putting pressure on us to make a decision.  i  talked
numerous times with maged for we were  unsure about what we wanted. he was
patient and my wife and i agreed on the civic and crv and  are both very
pleased with our decision and very pleased with herb chambers dealership.

This feedback is long overdue, but I’d like to formally recognize and commend Anthony Carlino for a superior car purchasing experience. I bought an Infiniti G37x from Anthony in April of 2009 and, a year later, I’m still so thrilled with the car and the service at Herb Chambers Infiniti Westborough. Anthony embodies all the qualities most buyers want, but don’t always experience, in a sales professional: genuine, sincere, respectful,knowledgeable, and most important to me, not aggressive. I can’t recommend Anthony or Herb Chambers Infiniti highly enough. Buy your next car there – you’ll be glad you did!

Going Above and Beyond to Make a Customer Happy at Herb Chambers Dodge of Danvers, Charlene – Pepperell, MA

Hello,  I just wanted to let you know what a positive experience I
had at your dealership in Danvers.  My son, who has nothing but good things
to say about your dealerships, found a 2008 Nissan Altima SL at your Danvers
showroom, which was exactly what I wanted.  I called and asked for the Sales
Manager and Bill Lee got on the phone with me, made sure it was still on the
lot and set me up with a terrific, honest, no bs salesman, John Puleo.  I
have to say that both Bill and John went out of their way to make sure I was
satisfied.  And, I must say, I tested them! I discovered a few ‘dings’ on
the passenger side the day I picked the car up.  John said not to worry they
would have them fixed for me just call when I was available to leave the
car.  John actually called me the following week to see when I wanted to
come in.  I was provided with a rental for the day and the dings were fixed
as best they could by Dent Wizard.  A few days later I noticed some
scratches on the rocker panel on the drivers side, I called, brought it in
and they buffed them out for me.  Bill assured me that if the buffing didn’t
work we would figure something out (and I felt confident he would).  And
finally, when I originally picked up the car there was only one
‘intelligent’ key with the car, which really concerned me. Bill called the
gentleman that traded the car and asked if he would look for the extra key
for me.  Today I got a call from Bill saying the key had been dropped off!
I would call that going above and beyond to make a customer happy! 
I can assure you, I will go back to Herb Chambers again and recommend them
to my friends.

I wanted to pass on my appreciation regarding one of your
employees. Stephen Boston, of Mercedes of Natick, provided outstanding
assistance and customer service regarding one of your used MBZ G500s. He
provided accurate and timely information to aid us in our decision to
proceed with the transaction. Unfortunately for us, there was a local buyer
who elected to purchase the vehicle before we could make a final decision.

We live in Salt Lake City, Utah and a long-distance purchase is not an easy
task to accomplish. However, Steve made us feel comfortable, as if we were
right next door. Though the current vehicle is sold, we have asked Steve to
keep us informed of any incoming G500s. We would be happy to work with him
again and hope he is recognized for his exemplary service and attitude.

Exceptional Professionalism at Herb Chambers Hyundai, Risa & Brian – Randolph, MA

Hi Herb- We visited the Tom O’Brien showroom on Wednesday, May 26th
and test drove the Hyundai SE.  Although the salesman there was very
accommodating, another female negotiating the pricing was very
unprofessional and appeared to be on some sort of power trip.  As a result
of her behavior, we decided to purchase the vehicle from Herb Chambers.
Kym, Ira, and especially Roberto showed exceptional professionalism.
Roberto went above and beyond what we expected to make sure that our
daughter recieved her graduation gift today by personally delivering the
vehicle to our home and spending time to explain all the features to her.
We are very pleased with your staff and we think they deserve recognition
