Just a quick note to inform you of the excellent job two of your employee’s
did for me and my wife. David DiBiasi Salesman, And Miguel(sorry don’t
remember last name) business Mgr. went well beyond their jobs responsibilty
to make the sale of our vehicles happen. We both had Ford leases and it was
time to turn them in. I admit that my credit was well below par to say the
least,but these two gentlemen were able to make it happen.
We are more than pleased with your dealership and I wanted you to know about

I want to compliment you on the way your Westborough Honda dealership is
run.  I purchased a Honda CRV from your dealership and it was one of the
most pleasant experiences I have had in purchasing a vechile.  Rick
Rignanese(salesman) and Tom Van Fechtmann(GM) were most helpful in helping
me choose the vechile that fit my needs.  They were courteous, professional
and did not use high pressure tactics that most car dealers use.  I want to

Can’t Say Enough About Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Nick and Claudine – Tyngsboro, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,
 My wife and I recently had a desire to buy another car.  We knew right
away that we had to contact Anthony Carlino at you’re Westborogh Infinity
dealership.  We had previously purchased an awesome Acura RSX from him last
year.  Anthony immediately got back to us with a great deal.  We drove down
from Tyngsboro to see him and although the car wasn’t for us it was still
great to reconnect with Anthony. We described the vehicle we wanted to him
after going for a test drive and now have him looking out for us.
 I have been to dozens of dealerships in the past, but now my wife and I
refuse to go anywhere else.  Even though we make a good living we definitely
don’t dress the part and we look like a couple of teenagers.  That has never
been an issue with your Westborough Infinity staff.  In fact, now we say to
everyone “We have people.”  This is simply because we know for a fact that
we won’t get a better deal from anyone else.  We won’t get the kind of
respect and sense of friendship anywhere else.  Anthony, Paul and James are
our people, and we recommend them to everyone regardless of what kind of car
they’re looking for.  They do you great justice and I still can’t believe I
am saying all this about a car dealership.  I really can’t say enough
though.

A great thanks for Anthony Carlino, Paul Martineau, and James Teague…Our
people.
And thanks Herb for making a normally tedious task into a delightful
experience.  I think if we lived closer we’d probably stop by just to say hi
to everyone.

I recently (yesterday!) purchased a 2011 328i from Herb Chambers
BMW in Boston.  I was extremely impressed with everyone with whom I had
contact at the dealership. It was a great experience and I would highly
recommend your dealership to anyone! I had been looking at new BMW’s while I
was on vacation in Florida, but preferred to buy at home in Boston, so
contacted the dealership by phone from Florida. Kaif Thompson was the
salesperson with whom I dealt. He was extremely helpful, locating a vehicle
that met all of my specifications. He was professional, knowledgeable,
straightforward, extremely pleasant and a great person with whom to do
business. The two gentleman in finance that worked with me, Ozzie and Kevin
were also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and also very
pleasant. 
Over the past several years, I have had my 2002 BMW serviced at this
dealership and have also had a similar experience with your service
department.  In the service dept., I have dealt primarily with Jim
Miscioscia. He has offered me the same level of professional and excellent
service.
I am thrilled with my new car and look forward to dealing with Herb Chambers
BMW in the future!

Outstanding Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough – Sandi – Framingham, MA

My husband and I recently bought a 2010 Infinity EX35 from Herb Chambers Infinity in Westborough. The car buying experience is not usually something we enjoy, as a matter of fact the day before we almost bought an Acura, but the sales guy was so rude actually demanding a deposit, we left and decided to seek out other options. My husband suggested I check out the Infinity EX35, I walked into the dealership and was promptly greeted by Anthony Carlino. Being alone minus my husband I was a little worried, in the
past I have had not so great experiences venturing into a car dealership alone. Anthony understood this would be my vehicle and went above and beyond to show me the car, have me drive it and show me all the features and options available. He gave me a tour of the facility even before we decided we wanted the car. There was no pressure what so ever, all my questions were answered and it was overall a seamless car buying experience. The deal was done promptly and efficiently. We knew we loved the vehicle and could have
went elsewhere to buy it, but we were so impressed with the outstanding customer service and attention to detail we had no need to leave. Anthony was professional, fair and easily accessible the days following the sale with a few questions I had. We have both agreed we look forward to working with Anthony in the future and have already recommended him to friends who inquired of our vehicle purchase.  ~ Sandi
