I can not express how wonderful my experience was when bringing in
my 2009 Kia Sedona to have a problem fixed. Your service people were
extremely friendly, experienced and helpful as when a efficient. My car was
fixed quickly, returned cleaned and vacuumed. I will be returning shortly
for a additional repair when the part is sent6 to the repair department. I
am so lucky to have such an professional respectful dealership nearby to
handle any problems. Your team deserve a well earned thank you.  Oh, yeah, I
love my Kia.

Hi Herb,

Just wanted to drop you a quick note on one of your service people at HC
Ford Westborough. I called to get information on what might be involved in
getting my 2007 F-150 inspected prior to making a long drive on our upcoming
vacation. The service rep I spoke with was Carrie and she was fantastic. She
listened to what I wanted (Important) and spent the time necessary to make
sure I was well informed about all options, pricing, and scheduling
availability. My conversation with her is enough to convince me to have my
vehicle serviced at HC Ford of Westborough.

Beyond Outstanding at Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, Joe – Dorchester, MA

Hello,

My name is Joe.  I would like to let you know that I just bought a new
car at the Infiniti-Westborough.  And WOW, buying from Herb
Chambers-Westborough was the best thing I could have done.

This is a long story but I will try to keep it short.  I bought a g37 sedan
from your Westborough dealership about 3 weeks ago.  First off the
dealership itself is beautiful and elegant, kind of like a jewelry store for
automobiles.  Pranav Gil and the salesman Jess, I forgot his last name, were
both great, professional and very helpful.  And I walked out happy.

But soon after, I regretted getting the sedan as I am more of a coupe type
person. So I decided to trade in the sedan for the coupe.  So I went to the
Norwood Infiniti as it was closer to my house.  And I was very shocked and
disappointed at how different the car buying experience was between your
dealership and that of Norwood.  Norwood was horrible, they promised things
they couldn’t deliver, their salesperson was not knowledgeable of the car
and its options, and the list goes on. They made me feel like they were
doing me a favor by letting me trade in the car that I just bought. I felt
like a second class customer and I was not treated very well.      

So I decided to go back to your Westborough location.  And I am so glad I
did.  Pranav welcomed me back again with kindness and professionalism.
Pranav introduced me to salesman Anthony Carlino, who was beyond
outstanding.  I can’t say enough about Anthony, he spent a whole day with me
getting the deal done and he was very empathetic to my situation.  Anthony
knew the car inside and out.  His confidence was comforting and infectious.
Overall, Anthony went above and beyond his job description to not only close
the “deal” but he also made me feel like a top rated customer, who won the
day.  And even after a day, he checked in to see how I was doing.

I know I failed at making this short but I was so impressed with the
Westborough Infiniti that I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your
dealership was to me.  I am a Boston firefighter and I will definitely
recommend Herb Chambers to all my co-workers, friends and family when buying
a car.

Hi Herb, As my wife Gail and I mentioned when we sat with you at
the FEI dinner last October, the guys at MB-Natick are absolutely
outstanding. The Natick store has been and will continue to be the “only”
place we will go for sales and service. They are continuing to uphold the
tradition of quality and integrity that I know you demonstrate in all of
your business intiatives. I’m just about ready to look into my next C300 and
Gail will follow in late 2010 or early 2011. J C Cabanos will be selling us
our 7-8 Mercedes. On another subject, you said during your FEI presentation
that you always answer e-mails and telephone calls. You reiterated same
duing our conversation. You are a man of your word, as several of my
colleagues in the Boston business community have told me of your
responsiveness to their communications. I applaud you for that.

I met with a sales associate by the name of daniel garney. Was very
personable, knew a lot about the product. Now i did not come in to buy at
all and he didnt know that, and he not was pushing me and treated me like
royalty. I couldnt have been more please with him and herb chambers. I know

Hi Herb, I have seen you spot-lighted on TV at an auto auction on
HD theatre.  You were bidding on an exotic car. I don?t think you won but
your passion was evident.  I also enjoyed a video of you demonstrating a
Mclaren on Boston dot com.  If I had the means, I too would like have a
small number of my favorite exotic rides.  Anyway, I?m not but I now own my
two favorite affordable cars in the world. My last one thanks to your
dealership for Lexus in Sharon.  Last weekend I decided to sell my 2003
Element, which I use to move about my musical equipment amongst other
things.  It was a nice vehicle but since 2004 I?ve always wanted a Scion xB
gen.1.  Your dealership recently took one in trade and I was lucky enough to
find on web.  It was exactly the car I was looking for and because of your
leadership I was able to find such a great deal for this car.  The mileage
was so low, you could of got at least $2000 more, which I would of passed
on.  It was a great buying experience; everyone was great that I came in
contact with at Lexus of Sharon.

I also own a 2001 Toyota MR2 Spyder, which is my answer to owning a Mclaren
or other exotic.  I know I get the same feeling driving this as you do in an
exotic.  Owning these two cars makes reading, watching on TV and visiting
car meets more exciting.

Thank you for my latest unique car and hope to see more of you on TV and
video demonstrating your exotics and at auctions.  I will live my dream
vicariously through my two cars and your spirit for all things automotive.

I would like to thank the Service Dept. on a job well done. I went to
your shop for an oil change and an inspection sticker, I got more than that.
My brakes were feeling soft when applied, now they are perfect. must of been
low on fluid. As far as all other service done to my 2002 Chevy Tahoe, A1
work.

Again thank you very much. I will definitely use your service the next time
I need work done on my vehicle.

Staff Goes Above and Beyond at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, Richard – New Canaan, CT

Mr. Chambers,

I wanted to let you know what a great staff you have at the BMW Commonwealth
ave location. My wife had driven from CT to Boston for a sensitive family
matter last week and the fan clutch went out on our 5 series, leaving my
wife stranded. Rick Bunker and the rest of the team at your Commonwealth Ave
location could not have done a better job of being accomidating to my wife
and turning around a very stressful situation. Rick was able to make an
emergency appointment, get the five series properly repaired that day and my
wife was able to drive home that afternoon.

I hope you can recognize Rick and the rest of the Commonwealth ave team
members for not only doing their job well,  but for going above and beyond
to help out a long time BMW customer ( 20 years, 12 BMWS)

Leasing a Sixth Vehicle at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Catherine – South Boston, MA

This afternoon I had the pleasure of working with Rob Morris over the phone to resolve a  release form concern I had for a Lexus currently being leased by my mother. I called Rob on behalf of my mother as she is hearing impaired and cannot hear people easily over the telephone. I was very pleased at the level of attentiveness, knowledge and speed in which Rob responded to and resolved my inquiry. It is because of people like Rob that my family is on their way to leasing their 6th consecutive Herb Chambers vehicle. Thank you.
