We recently purchased a g37x. after shopping around for for about 6
weeks I decided it was time to move and buy a car. on the return visit to
your dealership on sunday 1/31, we arrived at noon and drove our new car
home at 4pm. your sales consultant JOHN CANTLIN and general manager PRANAV
GILL were the ones who made it happen, since the car was in the showroom. I
had to bring the car back to pick up a key and owners manual, which I was
told I would have to do, your service manager STU was very helpful. the only
one who was unhappy about the deal was my checkbook. overall a good car and
a good deal.

This morning Jan 31, I went to your dealership for service as a
result of my Civic starting to make a strange niose on saturday afernoon.

When I called them, they said they had an opening on Sunday which I thought
was absolutely faantastic.

Upon arrival I was treated very courteously by Adam in Service who promptly
logged me in and took my car in the service area.

I went to the lounge where I enjoyed using my computer and your guest
wireless network. Another plus.

Within 30 minutes, Adam came to me stating threy had found and corrected the
problem which was an errant rock that had bounced up by the driver side tire
and got stuck in a cavity near it.

He said no damage was done to my car which was good news.

The other good news was when he gave me the bill, or should I say when he
didn’t give me the bill. Ha! Ha!

My compliments to Herb Chambers and his staff!

I have always brought both my cars to Westborough Honda and this last trip
jusr reinforced why I go there.

Good job, Adam and the Service Technican who found the problem.

Salesman Frank Merino is the best salesman I have ever encountered.
He was extremely knowledgable, courteous, and polished.
I just returned from the Warwick Herb Chambers and placed a deposit on a
Saturn.  The test drive I/we took with him was safe and chuck full of
answers.
We didn’t need to ask one question.
I have been shopping for a used car for months and spoken with dozens of
salesmen.
He ranks at the very top!
I would surely send all of my friends to him!

I just wanted to say that the experience of buying my 2010 Mercedes
GL450 was terrific.  I did not think I would love the car as much as I do,
but I do.  My salesman, Keith Robinson, went above and beyond to explain
everything about the car to me and Mike Benoit was great with working a good
price on the car.  We have been very happy with this dealershoip and only
hope the good service continues.  This is the second MB we have bought there
- keep up the good work and we will be back!!

Herb,
I year ago I wrote to you about my great sales experience when buying my
Porsche Cayenne… Today,  I am writing  to tell you that the same great
experience continues with your service folks.  When dropping my car off for
service, I mentioned to Frank Misciosca that a back up bulb needed to be
replaced or I would be unable to get an inspection sticker. In 45 minutes my
car was ready and I had a new inspection sticker ! Now, that’s customer
service !!
