Staff Exceeds Expectations at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Joseph – Shrewsbury, MA

Dear Mr. Chambers,

My new Ford Fusion Hybrid finally arrived and I just picked it up. I want
you to know that your staff met and exceeded all of my expectations in
purchasing and taking delivery of a new automobile. I truly felt that your
goal was to help me pick the right vehicle to meet my needs and make the
buying experience as stressless as possible which you succeeded to do.

 I would like to specifically acknowledge two people in your dealership that
worked with me.

 My first contact in your dealership was with my salesman, Bandoh. He was
very professional, thorough and patient. When it was time to negotiate the
price of the automobile, he introduced me to your sales manager, Jed. I was
expecting to be high pressured to purchase options that I did not need as
had been the case when I purchased new vehicles in the past. I was
pleasantly surprised that Jed did not attempt to pressure me in any way and
we were able to negotiate very pleasantly a selling price for my vehicle. I
felt that I was dealing with family.

When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle, I had some questions about
the original sales order. Jed, very quickly, professionally and fairly
resolved the issues. He is truly an asset to your organization.

When it was time to take delivery of my vehicle, Bandoh made certain that it
was fully detailed and operational. He expedited the paper work and spent
considerable time in securing the license plates that I wanted. He went over
the operation of the vehicle and made certain that all of my questions were
fully answered.

I was also introduced to the general manager, service manager and business
manager and was very impressed with theirs goals to answer my questions and
make the buying and ownership experience gratifying.

I hope to continue my relationship with your organization by having my
vehicle serviced at your facility and when it is time for a new vehicle to,
again, consider one of your dealerships.

Dear Herb,

I want to tell you how much of a great experience I have had with Howie
Reske, Kathy Smith, and Jedo Gonclaves at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston.
I recently purchased a new Honda Civic Coupe and Howie, Kathy, and Jedo were
all integral in creating a positive experience for me. Unlike other
dealerships, I was thankfully not pressured; instead, because of the
comfortable atmosphere, I felt confident in the price we negotiated and the
financing package that Jedo helped me with. Kathy walked me through my
beautiful Honda and all its specifics. As always, she was such a delight to
talk to.

I want to applaud you for heaving such a great team at Herb Chambers
Infiniti of Boston. Due to the genuine customer service and no pressure
environment, Howie, Kathy, and Jedo helped make this purchase a memorable
and happy one. Also, your services department is a major plus to have.
Unfortuntaley, my font passenger tire was slashed in just the second week,
but your Services Department helped changed this sad event to again a
positive one. Having my car washed and vacuumed inside without any extra
charge was something that brought me great happiness, especially since I
didn’t expect it!

All in all, you have a great team at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston; and
from my personal experience, Howie, Kathy, and Jedo help make that team a
superior one!

Superior Customer Service at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, Cindy – Worcester, MA

Good day,
I wanted to let you know as I’m sure you already do, that your service director of Auburn, Jeff Krasner is superior at customer service. My new car failed inspection today due to my plate having spray paint on it. My husband cleaned it and after calling the service department and speaking with Jeff, he apoligized for the mishap and asked me to come back and get my sticker. When I got there, he brought me in his office explained the RMV’s policies and gave me a voucher for a free oil change. Tiffany Schimmelmann was also very attentive and professional. I have never had such great customer service at a car dealership.
I did my research online and looks like I made the right decision to bring my buisness to you.

Great sales & service at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk – James – Middletown, MA

Mr. Chambers
To start off my wife and i went to succuci honda to purchase two cars. My
wife had her mind set on a vehicle a 2010 honda pilot touring edition w/nav
and rear dvd. Long story short succuci lied to her and try to push her into
a different type of vehicle becuase he told us that noone would be able to
deliever that vehicle. We decided to go to Herb Chambers of seakonk. Thank
the good lord we did. We got there and immediatly Bruce Stien took care of
us. He had us in her car in no time. Never did he push us in a different
direction. We have been back to herb chambers for all maintenance and have
sent our neighbors and friends to your dealership. The feeling that bruce
gives you there is of family. I truely believe he has to be the greatest
sales man I have ever had to deal with. Dealing with him was more
pleasurable than it was a pain, an experence i have never had car shopping.
Your service department there is second to none. Absolutly phenomial.
Everyime we go they remember us, ask us about our girls and just treat us
like family. We will forever be loyal to Herb Chambers due to the service we
have been given at your dealership. There is much more to the story but
thanks to Herb Chambers of Seakonk it ends HAPPY!!! Thank you Sir.

Just want to say I recieved great service at H.C. Ford, Braintree on the 2008 mustang GT I purchased in April of 2008. Andy Andrews was great to deal with and the follow up call from Jay checking on the work was great. The 2009 Shelby GT 500 in the showroom caught my eye, Herb, Are you sure you don’t need a nice model “A” sedan in your collection ?

Positive buying experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn – Les & Eileen – Auburn, MA

Hi Herb
I just wanted to comment on the very positive buying experience we just had.
Originally I was interested in purchasing a new truck (I hadn’t even
commited to a brand) but after much discussion with Wayne Brodsky and Imad
Benelkour, not only did we buy our dream truck but also decided to lease a
new Corolla too. Now that’s salesmanship!
Seriously, I had visited Boch and Ira and can’t begin to tell you how
unpleasant both of those experiences were. Worse yet was with Madden Ford! I
will be posting negative comments about those guys on dealerater.com.
Chambers Toyota will get a thumbs up from each of us.
Everyone at that dealership was very friendly and courteous. Over the
weekend, we spent approximately 12 hours in total which wasn’t fun but that
was more the process than anyone’s fault. Our deal was hitch freeand we
picked up both vehicles in great shape before the delivery date…and
despite a snowstorm.
We have been spreading the word about our positive experience with your
dealership and salespeople. Good luck in the future and Happy New Year.

Wonderful Service Team at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, Susan – Woburn, MA

I have just returned from you Burlington location.  I brought my car in for 2 reasons, one I needed new wiper blades and two I thought I needed new tires as I was having lots of trouble in the snow.  Much to my delight your wonderful service team examined the tires and determinded they only need to be rotated.  The back tires had more life to them so no need to replace.  I can only imagine what my experience would have been at a tire reatail store – I’m sure I would have come away $500 poorer with 4 tires I didn’t need.  As for the wiper blades, they replaced the entire wiper arm at no charge since the entire thing had to be replaced when I first purchased the care and the arms had gone again.

So, thanks for great service!!!!!

Mr. Chambers, it was a very pleasant experience with the dealership
I went to for the purchase of my car. Jason and Giau  was a really good help
and was very professional. I also liked that they did not do what normal
dealerships would do try to take advantage of the customers or bug them to
purchase cars from them like what I have experienced with Boch dealers.
