Extremely Knowledgeable Staff at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree, Bob – Milton, MA

I purchased a New 2008 F150 in April of 08 from the Braintree
dealership.  A couple of weeks a go I was having lunch in Braintree and this
guy comes up to me and asks, “Is that your 150? and did I sell it to you?”
He did not, but he did  remember the guy who did sell it to me. There was a
snow storm coming and I was asking questions about putting a snow plow on
the 150.  Your two “Ford” guys took the time to answer my questions, during
what I am assuming, was their lunch break.  I thought that was very nice,
they were extremely knowledgable.  I will wait until the factory warranty is
up until I put the plow on.  Thanks

Spectacular Staff at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwood, Greg – Dedham, MA

I really have no complaints at all. This is honestly and truly the best dealership I have ever worked with. I normally don’t go to the dealership where I bought my car (due to the expense) for routine service, but I am treated so well, and they wash and vacuum my car on top of the required service, it is a great value. Fantastic Car Buying Experience at Herb Chambers Saturn of Warwick, Joe – Coventry, RI

Approximately 3 months ago my wife and I purchased our 4th Saturn from Saturn of Warwick, and I must say that as always the staff was GREAT! From Frank Merino, our salesman to Debra Gleavey in Finance, they worked so hard to make us happy and just made the whole car buying experience fantastic.  But I must say that if it wasn’t for Ken Blowers who sold us our 1st Saturn 10 years ago, who knows where we would be today.  It is because of the professional, friendly and courteous staff that we keep coming back, as well as referring others that we know to Saturn of Warwick.  Mark Goldstein should be proud of his team, as I am sure he is.  It is just sad to see Saturn go.
Thankfully though the same familiar faces are still there. 

Since purchasing this new Vue it has been in for service several times for warranty work and I must say, Pat, John and AJ in Service, as well as the Service Techs, always make this experience better. I can honestly say that we never leave their unhappy.  On a recent trip to the Service Department our Vue needed to stay, so a courtesy vehicle was given to us.  A couple of days later we went to pick up our Vue, and I can not say enough good things about how our vehicle came back.  Evidently it was parked under a tree where birds reside and they made a mess of the vehicle, so before we picked up the Vue, John in Service had the vehicle reconditioned…It looked better than showroom quality!  It is because of this professionalism that keeps us coming back!  GREAT JOB! 

Now even though Saturn is no longer, I know that I could never buy another vehicle from another dealership and I will always refer family and friends to Herb Chambers Warwick dealership where they can take advantage of their concierge service in car buying.

impressed by everyone I’ve met.  Both Kathie Smith and Howie Reske met my
pricing needs and got me the car I wanted in the color I wanted.  Kathie in
particular was an outstanding sales person, knowledgable, patient, and
engaging.  Both were friendly, professional, and kept their cool, even when
I got cold feet.  They made sure to listen to my needs, deftly handled a
rather difficult situation, and in the end made the sale without any
pressure.  These are great qualities, the last one especially, given today’s
economy.

sales experiences ever! Our salesmen “Wayne Altavilla” made the transaction
a pleasant, minimum hassle experience. He was personable, accommodating, and
extremely knowledgeable. In short, an outstanding representative for your
organization. He is such a good salesmen that he was able to sell us a Q5
without us having an opportunity to conduct a test drive or even having our
car in inventory. Now that is some selling! I hope you appreciate Mr.
Altavilla’s outstanding qualities and recognize the positive contributions

I wanted to let you know that you are very lucky to have a great employee
like Nathan Haugh.  I had a problem with my C280 Mercedes…it was not easy
to understand the problem or to find the solution, but Nathan never gave up
on me…he would not let the car be returned until it was fixed…he kept me
updated during the process and called after the car was returned to make
sure everything was ok.  He is a great example of what customer service
should be…and I thought you should know.

Refreshing Experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, Tim – Newton, MA

This is just a quick comment about my recent experience with Nate Piasta and Jillian McDermott at the Herb Chambers Toyota Boston location. It’s refreshing in this day and age, when everyone is working overtime to make a buck – to work two professionals that actually looked out for what was best for my situation. In this case buying out my lease was a better option than leasing a new vehicle. Let’s just say, the effect this ultimately has – is that in the near future we will be leasing a new Siena for my wife! So it will result in a new sale as well!

Positive Experience at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Jim – Buzzards Bay, MA

Last Saturday, I brought our Accord to Seekonk to get another key. 

I was informed that the key was not in stock and was asked if I could come back. Once the service advisor, Michelle Levesque, realized that I had traveled approximately an hour from the Cape and had to get to Boston that afternoon, she provided exemplary service so I would not have to come back.

She was sincerely apologetic that I was not asked by the service rep to reschedule my appointment since the key was not in stock. Once Michelle determined my needs, she then expedited obtaining and programming a duplicate.

Michelle reduced the cost and provided a key ring to acknowledge my inconvenience.  She turned a negative situation into a positive experience, exemplifying professional service.

Repeat Buyer at Herb Chambers Scion of Auburn and Herb Chambers Chrysler/Jeep Dodge Danvers, Henry – Sandwich, MA

Mr Chambers my son bought his first new car 09 Challanger at your Danvers store last January. I just purchased a used 07 Jeep last night at your Aurburn store. The reason for email I used to be in your business as a salesman,used car manager and general sales manager and was successful but wanted a change and changed my career into construction sales/manager that changed happened 25 years ago now I am retired because of illness but that won’t stop me. I went with my son to buy a new car I know the owner of a Dodge store south of Boston he did business with me on the construction side, I tried to purchace a Jeep 6 years ago and last January could not come together but felt I owed him first shot. So we went on line he found the car he wanted at HC Danvers they were great (sorry I forget their names) remember talking to sales manager told I live on the Cape my son has a trade told him what it was he gave me a number site unseen got the deal done over the phone. I know you would rather deal in person but he understood we have long drive to Danvers and he did not want to waste our time gave good deal over the phone we appreciated that, drove up and came home in my son’s new Challanger. Auburn same thing salesman Jim Aldean ,I think sales mgr.Alex, and GM Dan and F.I guy all where great, product knowlege is 20% how your treat people knowlege is 80%.Never had to use your service dept my no doubt I would be treated the same. Dealing with people all my life as yourself if you prove yourself and play on same field only expect the BEST and your people at Herb Chambers are just that. I feel I would be treated the same at HC if I bought a $10,000 used car or a $200,000 Bentley . I do know a profit has to made can’t imagine the cost just to flic the light switch at your dealerships. So with that said from what I’ve seen my other son senior at college will be buying a car in a month and he will by at HC. Thanks for helping the economy and yourself for having such great employees.
