Quick repair at Herb Chambers Collision Center in Braintree – David – Brookline, MA

comments=This past Saturday, I brought my new Honda Pilot to your collision
center in Braintree to get an estimate for removal of a series of scratches
on the left side of the vehicle. When I arrived, Gene Kozash immediately
came out of his office and looked at my Pilot. After seeing the scratches,
Gene said that he thought that they probably could be “buffed out” and that
he thought that I should try that before spending a substantial amount of
money to have the rear passenger door repainted. At that point, Gene then
said that if I had a few minutes he’d have one of his people “buff out” the
scratches so I could see how it looked-at no cost. In about ten minutes my
Pilot was returned to me looking as good as the day I drove it off the
dealership lot. When I offered to make payment, Gene said that it was “no
big deal” and that there was no charge. I then tried to buy lunch for Gene
and the member of his staff who did the work on my car; but both politely
refused.

Needless to say, I was extremely pleased by the service I received and I
thought you should know what a great job Gene did. As a result of Gene’s
actions, I can assure you that I will think of Herb Chambers first for any
future service needs I might have as well as when I look to buy my next car.

I had my toyota serviced on Beacon st. last week, I would like this
note to go to c. west, as she contacted me about the service i received and
wanted to know if I was satisfied. I was helped by Deb Gonsalves and she was
very helpful with what I needed to get my car back in shape. I was
very pleased at how I was treated I was allowed to take a rental car untill
the job was completed. The reason I am writing this is because I want Herb
Chambers to know what a good worker Deb. is. thankyou, Nancy

My husband and I are in our thirties but are told by everyone we
look about twenty.  And also I am an Abercrombie snob so I pay a lot of
money for ripped clothing.  My point is that when we go to places were
things are expensive we are always treated rudely and ignored.  Even when we
were looking when we bought our house.  My husband and I make well over
150k.  Tuesday my husband totaled his car I found the Acura RSX on line
called up and discussed a good time to go see it.  When we got there the man
I spoke to over the phone came down and said he would get a sales rep.
Right away Anthony Carlino came over introduced himself offered us coffee
and then took us into his office.  I told him the car we wanted and he said
ok but he wanted us to learn a little history about Herb Chambers.  He then
proceeded to get the portfolio for the car.  We looked it over, he gave us a
tour of the dealership and then let us take the car for a drive.  I want you
to know that after spending a little time with Anthony I didn’t feel like I
was talking to a salesman but rather a new friend.  I could make this
comment about five pages long.  However I think the most important thing
that needs to be said is that Anthony was awesome he made what had been a
very stressful time easier he went out of his way for us.  To sum it up
Anthony was awesome and I would recommend him.

I am not a customer yet but I do want to say that I ran into one of your employees when I was out for lunch in Natick. I had recently pursued buying a 2010 Toyota Rav-4 from a dealer near me and I ran into issues during the paperwork and pickup.
I was telling my friend over lunch what happened and your employee, Matt Lavoie, from Mercedes in Natick introduced himself and said he couldn’t help but over hear my troubles. He said he doesn’t sell new Toyotas but could definitely help me. He said he would get in contact with your Toyota dealership and they would contact me directly. He really talked well about the size of the Herb Chambers group and how many cars you sell. He said that the customers always come first. So, I told him how happy I was I talked to him and told him I wanted to let you know so here I am. THANK YOU! I am waiting patiently for the call from Toyota and look forward to being a Herb Chambers customer!

Dear Mr. Chambers,
I don’t often write to compliment service that I expect from any merchant,
but I felt that the experience provided to me in purchasing my new
automobile at your dealership was exemplary and a very satisfying
experience. I truly felt that your personal worked with me and not against
in negotiating a deal that I believe was fair to both you and myself.
The salesman I worked with was Bandoh Osei. He was very courtesy and
profession. He admitted that he was new to this position and was very honest
when he did not the answer to the question that I asked him and then went to
get the answer. In no way was he pressuring and wanted to make sure that all
of my inquiries were satisfied.
I negotiated the price of the vehicle and my trade in value with your sales
manager, Jedd. He too was very polite, courteous and professional. I truly
felt that he wanted to reasonable satisfy me in any way that he could. I did
not feel any adversity in my negotiations as I felt with other dealerships
in the past.
After the deal was completed, Bandoh introduced me the service manager and
general manager. Both managers took the time to tell me about how the
“customer comes first” and their open door policy if I needed to speak to
them.
I am eagerly anticipating delivery of my vehicle and continuing my
relationship with you.

Exceptional Service at Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston, James – Antigonish, Nova Scotia Canada

I had the pleasure of visiting Boston and unfortunately I had car
problems(overheating/engine) but fortunately I ended up at the Brighton Rd
dealership. I was in the city on a vacation visiting from Canada AND of
course Saturday afternoon at 4:00 pm I had issues with my Toyota. I promptly
call the service dept and they were more than willing to have a look for me,
as I was rturning home Sunday. Your Asst. Service manager Paul Caminiti was
absolutely excellent to deal with and while we came to no resolve at 4:45pm
on Saturday, he was more than willing to schedule me for first thing Monday
morning to get one of the mechanics on the job. The up side I had another
day to spend touring in the wonderful city of Boston and when I arrived at
the shop Monday morning Paul had everything ready to go and I had an
uneventful trip back to Canada. I have to say my interaction was nothing
less than exceptional and the professionalism from your team is second to
none. Having car problems in another country was a problem but having car
problems next to Herb Chambers is no problem at all. Thanks

Caring situation at Herb Chambers C/B/P/H in Danvers – Lauren – Danvers, MA

November 21, 2009

 My father passed away in October, and with all the running around we
completely forgot about his car.  My mother called me one day and said “the
car needs to go away” every time she looked at it, it too much of a memory
for her to deal with.  I had no idea where to start to even try to get rid
of it.  I called the dealership in Danvers and spoke to Sal.  He told me
that he would make sure Emelio was there to help me with this situation.  So
I went down to speak with Emelio.  He was great!!  He was able to take the
car, pay off the loan, and make this whole situation as non-stressful as
possible. 

Thank you to everyone that had a hand in making this easy for my family!  We
really appreciate it!
